For birthday celebrations, weddings, and business meetings we arrange the tables to form one, long continuous table that comfortably seats 12 guests. Only available off-season. Fantastic restaurant in decor, lovely salad and wine. Then we shared the entree. The veal was bland and chewy and the cannelloni was so disappointing. It was just chopped meat. Brownie was good! I do wish the food was better.

An idyllic setting....almost a step back in Florida gentility. From the moist banana bread welcome to the peppercorn steak....each course carefully crafted. Attentive waitstaff. What a delightful experience

I have eaten at Euphemia Hayes several times but not in the last 3 years. Previous experiences were outstanding, however this reservation was extremely poor. Our waiter obviously was having a bad evening and certainly made us feel like he just wanted to get the evening over with. Both my wife and myself were disappointed with our meals. I ordered the Pate and had to eat it with my bread as the crackers served with the Pate were so hard one could not bite through them. My wife's Chicken Florentine was borderline burnt as it was so overcooked, my Veal had absolutely no taste, the sauce was thin and appeared watery. My grandaughter had the Grouper and her meal was very good as well as she enjoyed her Shrimp appetizer. We waited 25 minutes from the time we finished our appetizer until our entre arrived. Small room was really noisy, not the fault of the restaurant but a very loud group. We had dessert upstairs and everything was excellent. I hate writing a review like this as I can only imagine how difficult it must be to please every customer but this meal was very poor and certainly did not meet the standard that Euphemia Haye has met in the past.

we have been here several times . delicious bread, crispy duck, shrimp eggrollls, caesar salad , special snapper, banana cream pie. love the funky but upscale ambience and friendly service. wonderful

We have been dining at Euphemia Haye since 1992. It’s our absolute favorite place on earth. We were a little disappointed with the dessert room this visit as we had our hearts set on the bananas foster and there was no one there to make it as well as there were very few desserts to choose from. Otherwise, everything was delicious and perfect!

This is always been one of our go to romantic restaurants or a restaurant to bring friends to experience the dessert bar. BUT…. something has changed. We went for dinner last Thursday evening with friends and the food was just ok, it lacked its usual tastiness and the plates were loaded with parsley (like it was in season and to be eaten as part of the entree) and the crab meat had more peppers than crab. We understand all restaurants have a bad evening, but it continued to go downhill from there. Our waitress came and asked us if she would like us to reserve a table in the desert bar as usual, and as always, we accepted. When we got upstairs, we were the only table in the desert bar, and there were only three desserts at the bar. After hyping it up to friends, it was a huge let down. We hope this is not indicative of a change but it will make us think twice About spending that kind of money for a mediocre experience.

Was last there 5 years ago. Happy to see it weathered the fall huricans with no damage for say. The meal was fantastic. Always fun to go to desert room on 2nd floor aftward. The pecan pie was good though i would not have it headed up, & I've had better coconut cream pie.

Our favorite restaurant on LBK. Cesar salad and pepper steak are the best in show. Our waiter Billy was outstanding. Always make a point to come here when we are in the area.
