Eric's restaurant is located in the Conrad N. Hilton College of Hotel and Restaurant Management, at the University of Houston's Hilton. We are a casual dining restaurant with seating for 115+ in the main dining room and bar area. We use only top quality ingredients, wonderfully prepared, at a moderate price. Our operation is unique in the sense that students from the Conrad N. Hilton School of Hotel and Restaurant Management are trained on a hands-on basis in the restaurant. We look
forward to serving you.

Eric's is always great at accommodating last-minute lunch meetings and the environment is very quiet and professional. Perfect for any business/academic meetings.

Best on-campus get away for lunch. The food is always wonderful and there are no students hanging around:)

Servers were slammed and we waited >45 min for order. Yes, it was busy, but a professional establishment will handle it and not use as an excuse. On a food note, french fries used to be good but are now fat and mushy.

Once again the food was great. We have tried different entrees every time we come and have never been disappointed. The shrimp pasta, just the right amount of cajun, and the turkey panini were so yummy! Can't wait to see what you'll serve next!!

Fuimos a desayunar pero ya no alcanzamos el buffet por la hora en la que llegamos, sin embargo, nos tocó lunch y pedimos el panini de cranberry el cual estuvo delicioso! 100%recomendado

So glad to find my favorite eating establishment back in their beautiful dark wood setting!! My world is restored!! Thanks for a lovely lunch with my family.

Even in difficult circumstances the chefs at Eric's do not disappoint. The quality of the food was outstanding as always! Can't wait for the Hilton to get finished so they can move back to their lovely dining area.
