Situé à l'est, l'Empire Steak House est un restaurant réparti sur deux étages, entouré de banquettes et doté d'un dôme peint à la main. La salle à manger principale peut accueillir plus de 140 convives et est l'endroit par excellence pour l'organisation de repas et de soirées. Même si l'Empire est applaudi pour ses célèbres T-bones vieillis à sec pour deux personnes, les autres plats qui composent son vaste menu sont tout aussi extraordinaires. Il comprend un large éventail de fruits de mer frais, notamment des homards de 1,8 à 2,2 kg. De plus, ce restaurant installé dans la 50ème rue propose des pièces de spécialité, notamment une côte de bœuf Tomahawk, du faux-filet non désossé, du faux-filet cajun non désossé, un double carré de veau et un bifteck d'aloyau gros filet pour deux personnes. Le restaurant possède une carte des vins très sélective et dispose de nombreux grands crus californiens les plus prisés et plus de 101 scotchs pour accompagner chaque plat !

This was my second time dining at Empire Steak House East. As with the first time, everything was great. The food was prepared well and tasted delicious. The service overall was wonderful and our server Artin was the best. Looking forward to visiting them again soon.

Friendly staff from the front of the house to the back, the rose given to my wife was a nice touch. The not at all a joke. Over all a great night. Will def return. One waitor was particularly not friendly

My boyfriend and I had a great time celebrating his birthday at Empire Steak. Although I can not recall his name, the waiter was really pleasant. He was working the bar and floor because there was not enough staff because of the snowstorm. The atmosphere was fantastic, and the price was fair. My boyfriend and I are going back.

Been frequenting Empire for over 20 years…during Restaurant Week and at other times. The RW menu is an excellent value for a 3-course meal, and it has a variety of options for carnivores and vegetarians. I was disappointed in that the petite filet was no longer on the RW menu, as I do not usually care for NY Strip. However, the strip steak was expertly prepared and was not thin and dry as I usually see it. Service is always impeccable and attentive without being oppressive.

I was pleasantly surpised of how attentive the staff was. Food was amazing. Nice setting. Good playlist. Our waiter was top tier. Went for restaurant week with my daughter. Will visit again.

The staff didn't treat us less because we booked for the restaurant week. Unlike other horror stories of restaurants participating in restaurant week. The host and staff are first class, not to mention that the food was top notch. Great way to showcase their restaurant during NY restaurant week - especially their lunch specials which is super close to restaurant week pricing. Will be back.
