Food was great; everything tasted good. Wine was 4x the cost but you are in a “resort” area. Tables were small but not too cramped. It was busy so service was a little slow. Odd setup where restrooms were located by the kitchen so you had to be aware of servers with food. There is a great selection of food including various crudos, apps, entrees, and specials. Overall, a very good experience for a special occasion.

Came for our usual Monday night dinner and we had the most fabulous impromptu frutti de mare. The Sous Chef, Karen and Samuel are an asset to Elliotts. Our experiences and food seem to just get better and better!

Incredible menu and food. The New Zealand elk was excellent. Service was terrific. Probably our favorite restaurant in Pinehurst.

Food, as always, was excellent. Our seating was worrisome. We sat in the bar area, right up against the seafood. Next table could have been sitting with us. I will ask next time, if we are ushered to this area to please seat us somewhere else. Just too noisy and close.

We were celebrating birthdays and we got that kind of service. We have been there many times and we get first class service and great food every time.

I appreciate farm-to-table and good quality ingredients, but the food is just weird. If you want to be surprised to find your mashed potatoes are both crunchy and spicy, then for $200, this is your joint.

Hi Kate, I am so sad you did not enjoy our country mashed potatoes. They are chock full of veggies, country ham, hot sauce- all the things that I dream of. But I understand this is not everyone's cup of tea. If you are inclined to dine with us again, we can certainly pair the Elk Chops with regular mashed potatoes or truffle and gruyere macaroni and cheese or triple cooked french fries. Our Waitress was perhaps the most upbeat service person I have encountered here. Very pleasant and seemed to enjoy her tasks very much.
