Ribeye steak was so tough it was inedible for medium rare. Back room was so noisy we couldn’t even hear each other. The service was nonexistent. So sad it’s one of our favorite places because it’s consistently great all around.

Steak was extremely rough - could hardly eat - expected better for the price - wish we had gone to a steak house instead Should give you bread Not charge $10 Dessert said Matcha but only had tiny tiny decoration of a matcha candy square- was good but change description on menu to highlight the lemon curd - blackberries and leave out matcha word or put last - very small amount Candy dessert too sweet Broth soup was salty - sea bass and scallops were delicious and ok portions Overall disappointed - had party of 6 and feels like was disappointing

Food is extremely way over priced and they "nickel and dime you". In addition, for the prices we expected higher quality; the shrimp cocktail was average at best, steak was overdone/dry and without any seasoning. Why are you charging ~average of $25 for a single glass of wine? You might want to re-think your strategy when your restaurant was 25% filled on a Sunday night.

Great experience last night at Elements. Six of us, great service- couldn't have been better, we sat outside, Server made sure we were taken care of and made great suggestions on what to eat. We had various appetizers, entrees were Sea Bass, Scallops, Pork, Chicken and Venison. , food was excellent, big portions, prepared as ordered, came out at right time. Had various deserts- all great Drinks were reasonably priced, Wine Somm helped out with wine selections, she did a great job in matching to our food selections.

Love this place and been several times years ago. Food is always amazing but they need to correct the recipe of the bearnaise sauce.

I made a reservation for my husband's birthday and requested an outdoor table as they are known for their views. When we arrived for our reservation, we were told that there were no tables available outside and were offered an inside table otherwise it would be a 15-20 minute wait (mind you the hostess acknowledged that I had specifically requested a patio table in my reservation so I'm not sure why one was not reserved in advance). We opted to grab a drink in the Jade Bar and wait for the patio. My husband tried ordering two bourbon's on the menu, both were out of stock. I tried to order our favorite tequila listed on the menu, out of stock. We finally settled for our third beverage options. I received a text that our table was ready and when I went to the host stand, she said "I'm so sorry, I accidentally sat the wrong couple at your table. Do you want an inside table?" What?! NO! I want the freaking patio table I requested IN MY RESERVATION and that you promised me 20 minutes ago! They ended up squeezing us in tiny table literally in the corner with zero view to be had. The server never checked on our entrees, not once. The server assistant ended up clearing our plates. Our server came back and said nothing but set two forks on the table so we anticipated a birthday dessert. Too bad my husband is lactose intolerant and no one ever asked. Ended up ordering the dessert he actually wanted and could eat - the Passion Fruit Pavlova, which was delicious. Overall, we have no reason to go back. Very disappointing.

This was our very first time dining here and we enjoyed ourselves! The atmosphere and vibe were very nice and the staff first class. We were very impressed that all staff from the lot attendants to the wait staff were versed when it came to special occasions and they all wished my bf a happy birthday. All of us ordered either the New York strip, ribeye or filet. We also tried the homemade focaccia and the roasted beets, along with collard greens, truffle frites, and a salad. The only small issue was that new york strip and one of the filets were more medium than mid rare but the other filet and the ribeye were mid rare perfect. Thank you again for the buttercake birthday dessert!!
