Orné d'une superbe décoration murale peinte à la main de 51 x 152 cm et proposant l'une de plus belles terrasses et l'une des meilleures listes de cocktails de la ville, cet authentique restaurant mexicain à l'ambiance animée et au personnel sympathique est assuré d'être un succès. Le chef Le Calvez, qui a quitté Mexico, adore proposer aux habitants de Toronto ses saveurs fraîches typiques de la célèbre cuisine de son pays natal.

Great place. Delicious margaritas. Food is decent. Server was a bit too busy but overall enjoyed the tasting menu.

All of our food was very dry. The staff were fine for our needs. The music is loud so hearing one another was difficult.

Felt like I was in Mexico. Great patio, food, ambiance. They have mist to cool the patio on a very hot day

Hadn't been to El Catrin for a while and was shocked by how much more expensive everything was ... drinks, food. Our waiter was friendly but difficult to understand. We asked for a few extra minutes with the menu and making decisions and he didn't come back until some time later when we flagged him down. One of the things that I find frustrating about this restaurant is that appetizers and mains all show up at the same time, making it difficult to eat your food while it's still warm. That being said our tacos and quesadillas were delicious. Not sure I'll go back again any time soon.

While we are delighted that you enjoyed our Tacos and Quesadillas, It is disappointing to hear that your experience fell short of the standard you expect and deserve. El Catrin delivers as usual. Food was delicious and the waiter was friendly and very helpful with suggestions which all paid off.

Tasty food and good atmosphere. Outdoor chairs were a bit odd to sit in.

A great night out, the food was very good, recommend the fish tacos. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

Food has drastically changed. Previous menu was more refined and flavourful. Guacamole had no flavour, lacked seasoning. Chips were mostly stale. Corn appetizer was better in the shot glasses. Baja fish tacos - oil tasted old. Tres Leches -dense and not tasty. Server kept interrupting and seemed to rush us
