Wife and I went out for a date night. We are big fans of the downtown Bethlehem ambience/small town feel and chose to go to Edge. We chose to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful night. There was a wedding party that was occupying the typical outdoor eating section, but we were seated at one of the tables around the corner along Broad St. There wasn’t too much light which didn’t bother us, but our server brought out a candle to provide some additional light for the table. We each had a drink (Prosecco for the wife and a white wine from Spain for me). For our entrees, my wife chose the salmon and I chose the crab cakes. The food was delicious. We were on the fence about dessert, but decided to look at the menu. We asked our server what he recommended, to which he mentioned the hummingbird cake, which is a pineapple and banana cake with cream cheese frosting. Our server even added in a scoop of bananas foster ice cream and ended up covering the dessert for us (assuming because it was a date night and we don’t get to go out much with our two little ones at home). The dessert was amazing and we would highly recommend. Very sweet but a lighter dessert at the same time. Our overall experience was fantastic. A large part of that was due to our server, Jonathon S, who was better than anyone could ask for. Checked in very timely and was very friendly and great when it came to recommendations. We will definitely be back and would be lucky to have Jonathan as our server again!

We had an outstanding experience at Edge Restaurant in Bethlehem. The cocktails were delicious. My sister had the Tropic Thunder (made with habanero), which was zingy, and left a pleasant burn in the mouth and throat. My brother tried the Island Storm, which he really enjoyed, and I had the It's About Thyme, a perfect blend of sweet and savory. Our food was equally exceptional - the Coconut Crusted Tofu, the (not your average) Roasted Cauliflower, and the wonderful Mushroom Risotto, Pork Tenderloin, and Vegetable Jasmine Rice with Beef Tips made us a very happy trio, indeed. Our server, Haley, was helpful, professional, and personable. Everything came together perfectly, and we had a great experience at Edge.

This was an excellent choice to enjoy a delicious meal with good friends outside on their patio on a beautiful night. The food was delicious, they have something to please everyone. A nice diversity of food. Great service.

Dinner was great. Loved the appetizers. Very tasty cocktail. Very friendly staff and beautiful atmosphere. I will attend again.

I wish the food was better because I like the atmosphere and I live 2 blocks away. Its just mediocre food and service. We end up going because everywhere else is booked up. . I hope they eventually make a change.

The inside appearance is similar to a NYC restaurant, modern, yet comfortable. The servers were extremely attentive responding to all requests in an expeditious manner. The presentation of the food was both fresh and plentiful. A salad is large enough for two people. I do wish they offered two size salads though. By the time I ate most of it, I wasn't hungry anymore for the meal. We would recommend this restaurant.

Wonderful meal, great service !!! The spicy Tuna tar-tar always a favorite!! The hamburger was delicious! The pizza we loved ! Peanut butter pie a winner !!
