The place is nice and tidy. A bit of a 90s feeling. The whole menu looked delicious. The food was very tasty, and the service was great.

Excellent food! The Salmon and risotto was amazing! The gnocchi with duck was light and fluffy but needed more flavor. The pork belly was a great little dish packed with flavor. My only reservation on this dish was some pieces were dry and tough and some very soft. Cocktails were delightful - a great spin on the Manhattan. Tried the trio dessert which was a nice way to get a taste of a few different options (custard, whipped cream and berries, pastry & chocolate). The wait staff was gracious and pleasant. Highly recommend this place! Note- the background music tends to run on the louder side.

Something for everyone. Gluten free, vegan and vegetarian options plus lots for meat and fish eaters. Great service. Will definitely go back.

Edge of what? Patience? Sanity? While we enjoyed our excellent, thoughtful server, and some of the food was good, we waited an hour and 20 minutes from the time we were seated until we received our entrees. It was frustrating. My juicy truffle burger with freshly ground beef was almost worth the wait -- almost. My partner, who unwisely skipped a salad or appetizer, had to wait and wait and wait and wait for 80 minutes in a deep chair to receive sustenance. The server explained it was Lehigh parents' weekend, but the restaurant took our reservation, after all, and wasted more than hour of our time waiting for generally OK upscale-American cuisine (the kind of dishes you can find at about a thousand other places in southeast PA and NJ). If you can't handle the volume, adjust your capacity. We saw other customers calling it quits and asking for to-go food after losing their patience, understandably. The promised "free dessert" when booked (it was our anniversary dinner)? We paid $10 for that. We asked for quiet seating but got set outside on the ugly Broad Street ramp/porch while a noisy traffic shuddered past. My partner vows never to return. I felt more forgiving, since our server was so good, but I felt disappointed.

We dined here at 2 pm on Parents weekend and there was one other table there!! We were called to make sure we were coming!! Not a soul there!!! Crazy! Food was good. Nothing special.

Food tasted great! Had the mushroom risotto and grilled salmon for our main course. Cooked and tasted above our expectations. The only drawback was the service side. We were sat in a small table by the door from the outdoor patio dining area. Lots of movement of employees in and out adding to the noise and smell of our area. Also, service moved slow to the point we were neglected at times. Had to ask for my water to be refilled both times. Overall, very good meal and may go back in case it was an off night.

Wife and I went out for a date night. We are big fans of the downtown Bethlehem ambience/small town feel and chose to go to Edge. We chose to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful night. There was a wedding party that was occupying the typical outdoor eating section, but we were seated at one of the tables around the corner along Broad St. There wasn’t too much light which didn’t bother us, but our server brought out a candle to provide some additional light for the table. We each had a drink (Prosecco for the wife and a white wine from Spain for me). For our entrees, my wife chose the salmon and I chose the crab cakes. The food was delicious. We were on the fence about dessert, but decided to look at the menu. We asked our server what he recommended, to which he mentioned the hummingbird cake, which is a pineapple and banana cake with cream cheese frosting. Our server even added in a scoop of bananas foster ice cream and ended up covering the dessert for us (assuming because it was a date night and we don’t get to go out much with our two little ones at home). The dessert was amazing and we would highly recommend. Very sweet but a lighter dessert at the same time. Our overall experience was fantastic. A large part of that was due to our server, Jonathon S, who was better than anyone could ask for. Checked in very timely and was very friendly and great when it came to recommendations. We will definitely be back and would be lucky to have Jonathan as our server again!
