At Edgar's Grille, we offer New American cuisine with a Southern flair. Elegant dining in a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Outdoor dining is available year-round in our spacious courtyard. We proudly feature locally sourced ingredients.

We not only serve delicious food, we serve the community.

Edgar’s Grille is unlike any other restaurant in the Augusta area because a portion of every dollar you spend goes toward education programs, including support for Helms College. In addition, Helms College culinary students receive experiential learning opportunities through service at Edgar's Grille.

The Snelling Conference Center is located adjacent to Edgar’s Grille for parties and events serving just a few to a few hundred. A small chapel is available for intimate weddings.

Enjoy exclusive and personally prepared food and wine for 10 at the Chef's Table. Patrons will be served a themed tasting menu prepared and served by our Executive Chef. Edgar's Grille may also be available for large private functions up to 225 guests, with full audio visual capabilities in the adjacent Snelling Conference Center.

We came back in Sept for a friend's birthday and the food and service was so good... not so much last night. Food was good, but my wife's steak was UNDERCOOKED. We waited over 15 minutes for the server to come over to even ask what we wanted to drink. When my Wife ordered her steak, she asked how medium would be cooked, and the server told us the steaks were coming out overcooked tonight, well that was NOT the case. The steak was Rare. And my wife doesn't like to send her food back. If you are paying $48 for a steak.... it should be cooked to perfection.

First time we’ve eaten brunch at this place. The selection of food and desserts were generous and tasted great. The prime rib alone makes up for the price.

My husband and I had a lovely evening dining at Edgar's Grill. He had the shrimp and grits and I had a fillet with a twice baked potatoe and they were both perfect!!!

We had a 6:00 reservation and were promptly seated. The waitress was kind & knowledgeable! Our food was fantastic!!!! I had the Salmon & my husband had Oysters Rockefeller & the shrimp appetizer! If you haven’t eaten there - please go!

We have been to Edgar’s many times and love it. This is the first time our experience was just good and not excellent. Service was fairly slow even though only 3 tables were occupied in the entire restaurant, we could hear the kitchen staff talking personal stuff, the charcuterie board was below average and was so cold that you could not slice the cheese very well. And they served saltine crackers with it which I had never seen in a nice restaurant. It was a going away lunch for a friend who had never been there and I was a bit disappointed.

Went for dinner and everything was cooked perfectly. Our time was made especially nice because of our server Adrien who was also the bartender. Will definitely be back!
