At Edgar's Grille, we offer New American cuisine with a Southern flair. Elegant dining in a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Outdoor dining is available year-round in our spacious courtyard. We proudly feature locally sourced ingredients.

We not only serve delicious food, we serve the community.

Edgar’s Grille is unlike any other restaurant in the Augusta area because a portion of every dollar you spend goes toward education programs, including support for Helms College. In addition, Helms College culinary students receive experiential learning opportunities through service at Edgar's Grille.

The Snelling Conference Center is located adjacent to Edgar’s Grille for parties and events serving just a few to a few hundred. A small chapel is available for intimate weddings.

We had a 6:00 reservation and were promptly seated. The waitress was kind & knowledgeable! Our food was fantastic!!!! I had the Salmon & my husband had Oysters Rockefeller & the shrimp appetizer! If you haven’t eaten there - please go!

We have been to Edgar’s many times and love it. This is the first time our experience was just good and not excellent. Service was fairly slow even though only 3 tables were occupied in the entire restaurant, we could hear the kitchen staff talking personal stuff, the charcuterie board was below average and was so cold that you could not slice the cheese very well. And they served saltine crackers with it which I had never seen in a nice restaurant. It was a going away lunch for a friend who had never been there and I was a bit disappointed.

Went for dinner and everything was cooked perfectly. Our time was made especially nice because of our server Adrien who was also the bartender. Will definitely be back!

Everything was excellent, except making the reservation for the table, it took some going around, as initially it stated no availibility, then a different website allow it.

This was our first time dining for the Mother’s Day brunch and we were excited to try, especially the ALL YOU CAN EAT CRAB LEGS only to get there at our resservation time to get in line to eat to be told they were out of crab legs. When that was a big reason for us coming that was very upsetting. Also, while eating my step dad found paper or plastic in his food that he was chewing on! The over all food experience was DISAPPOINTING to say the least on MOTHERS DAY not worth the money we spent.

My mom and I had an excellent brunch at Edgar’s for Mother’s Day. I would definitely go back.

Food was great, their desserts could use some work. But the buffet was absolutely fantastic! And the service was great as well

We had another outstanding experience at Edgar’s. The Mother’s Day brunch was fantastic. There was a tremendous variety of foods, the waitress was spot on in getting us anything that we requested, and the food was excellent. Especially fantastic was the prime rib, the chicken tenders, the scrambled eggs, and the tomato and mozzarella salad. All in all, an excellent Mother’s Day brunch!
