At Edgar's Grille, we offer New American cuisine with a Southern flair. Elegant dining in a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Outdoor dining is available year-round in our spacious courtyard. We proudly feature locally sourced ingredients.

We not only serve delicious food, we serve the community.

Edgar’s Grille is unlike any other restaurant in the Augusta area because a portion of every dollar you spend goes toward education programs, including support for Helms College. In addition, Helms College culinary students receive experiential learning opportunities through service at Edgar's Grille.

The Snelling Conference Center is located adjacent to Edgar’s Grille for parties and events serving just a few to a few hundred. A small chapel is available for intimate weddings.

The food and service are excellent! Love the mission of the college that supplies the servers And chefs for the restaurant. We are in town for work, we enjoyed the food and service So much we went 3 times in one week!

Excellent as always. Had the salmon, it was cooked perfectly. My husband had the NY strip, also cooked just right. Only negative, too much dressing on the salad but I now know to order on the side.

Edgar's is absolutely the most underrated restaurant in Augusta!!!! Cannot begin to understand why it's not packed every night. The food is awesome and the service is great. The Pork Chop (Cheshire Pork Porterhouse Chop) is positively just as delicious as the pork chop at a downtown Broad Street leading high-end restaurant (you know who that is!), and the accompanying Collard Greens are equal to theirs too, delicious! And the meal is less expensive at Edgar's. Both of those meals are a dead tie as far as the most favorite pork chop I've ever had. That's sort of how it goes when comparing the two. I understand the attraction of the hot spot downtown, and I love it, but Edgar's does deserve kudos for what they have to offer too. We don't get there nearly as often as we would like, but we're there more than downtown. Bottom line: Edgar's whole menu is excellent and the food & service superb. Drinks great too. Definitely worth the effort to visit.

We came back in Sept for a friend's birthday and the food and service was so good... not so much last night. Food was good, but my wife's steak was UNDERCOOKED. We waited over 15 minutes for the server to come over to even ask what we wanted to drink. When my Wife ordered her steak, she asked how medium would be cooked, and the server told us the steaks were coming out overcooked tonight, well that was NOT the case. The steak was Rare. And my wife doesn't like to send her food back. If you are paying $48 for a steak.... it should be cooked to perfection.
