At Edgar's Grille, we offer New American cuisine with a Southern flair. Elegant dining in a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Outdoor dining is available year-round in our spacious courtyard. We proudly feature locally sourced ingredients.

We not only serve delicious food, we serve the community.

Edgar’s Grille is unlike any other restaurant in the Augusta area because a portion of every dollar you spend goes toward education programs, including support for Helms College. In addition, Helms College culinary students receive experiential learning opportunities through service at Edgar's Grille.

The Snelling Conference Center is located adjacent to Edgar’s Grille for parties and events serving just a few to a few hundred. A small chapel is available for intimate weddings.

Enjoy exclusive and personally prepared food and wine for 10 at the Chef's Table. Patrons will be served a themed tasting menu prepared and served by our Executive Chef. Edgar's Grille may also be available for large private functions up to 225 guests, with full audio visual capabilities in the adjacent Snelling Conference Center.

Second course offers choices of pan seared scallops or crispy duck. For your third course, choose between chilean sea bass or grilled filet. Finally, for your fourth course, enjoy a strawberry chocolate mousse cake or strawberries and cream paris brest from Edgar's Bakehouse!

The food is overpriced as hell.. but the the overall experience will make up for the price of the food.. the ambiance and the service was great.. I would definitely go back again

great meal, always forget about them because we don't drive that way much; but it was a good choice

Our waitress, Amanda, was amazing and made my husbands birthday dinner such a great experience. All of the staff were wonderful and the food was delicious!

Excellent 4 course meal! Main course came a little too fast, but no biggie. They are after all, still learning.

We were the first ones there when it opened for brunch and the food was fabulous! Fresh and piping hot! Everything was perfect with the exception of wait staff. Our waiter and 2 others were together talking while we were out of water and coffee. It was loud. The noise level was perfect.

10 years ago to the day we had our 29th wedding anniversary dinner here, and now its 10 years later and the service and food was as good as we remember. Thanks Emily for making our night enjoyable!
