   What a magical experience. Sitting in large comfy chairs and looking out toward the mountain and the snow covered trees with the snow still falling softly. We enjoyed a 7 course meal which ended up being more like 10 courses and it was exceptional. Every bite offered a different and unique experience. Our servers were very attentive and knowledgeable, ensuring a fabulous anniversary dinner. Thank you Eden:)

   Celebrated my husbands birthday. Our server, sommelier, table, meal was outstanding!!!!!! Was a very nice splurge!

   You are up for an amazing treat when you go to Eden at the Rimrock Hotel in Banff! Outstanding sommelier service (Julien) and great service overall. Culinary team bent back over backwards to accommodate dietary restrictions and created great dishes! Best dairy free desert ever! The had a 2013 Vintage Moet & Chandon by the glass and this was heaven! Couldn't have been a better evening!

   Beautiful presentation, delicious meals, great selection of wine, extremely attentive and friendly staff are the reasons for our return to this restaurant. Highly recommend it!

    This is the best restaurant that I have ever dined in. Beef tenderloin was the best dish I have ever tasted; everything about it was amazing. Even though it says 4 course meals together it was about 9, so keep that in mind if you’re ordering the 7 course one. They even gave a pumpkin cake to enjoy for the next day. Service was also best of the best. Even though Canada doesn’t follow the Michelin guide this is probably a 2-star Michelin restaurant if you’re looking for a comparison. Please do me a favour and come to Eden!!!
