We don’t think you can beat the food and wine at Eden. As good as the food is the staff actually shine brighter. Julian and Matt were amazing as was everyone else we talked to.

Great food, great service, I would differently go back and recommend to friends and family. My new go to spot for special occasions. Staff went out of there way to make sure this was a special night.

Outstanding evening at Eden. We did the wine tasting with Julian and then had the 7 course tasting. Spectacular service - the whole team made our evening very fun and memorable. Food was excellent and great atmosphere. Highly recommend you visit when in Banff

We had the pleasure of dining at the Eden last night. What an experience! It’s my first time in at this restaurant and truly must say we were blown away. Our server Matt was absolutely incredible. The way he moved around the table to describe all the dishes are really great. Our Sommelier for the evening was also fantastic. He was knowledgable and his recommendations were awesome. The plates were absolutely beautiful my favourite being the beef tenderloin wow! Hands-down, one of the best dinner experiences I’ve ever had. Thanks again to the team at Eden.

Eden has definitely lost its shine! As annual visitors for the past decade we look forward to coming and enjoying an imaginative tasting menu accompanied by impeccable service. This was definitely NOT the case this year. We had the Fauna tasting menu- first the good- cocktails were excellent and imaginative as was the wine. The rest of the meal was terrible, starting with the amuse which was a cucumber gazpacho which was tasteless, the maple cured fish course had not been cured long enough and was very fishy tasting. We then waited one hour for the tenderloin course( which was good), when this was complained about- the manager stated it was due to an allergy- ( strange for what was a sous vide meat prep) and took a very paltry sum off the meal. The cheese course was a Camembert that tasted off, the dessert course Zephyr was well made- but not nearly good enough to make up for one of the worst restaurants experiences- save your money and head to other fine dining establishments such as the Post in Lake Louise.

It was one of the finest meals I have ever had in my life. Also the value is outstanding. If you were to get such a meal in Europe you would have to sell a kidney. I look forward to my next meal there.
