          A flawless experience, surpassed all expectations. The 7 course Fauna tasting menu served in our private dining room with spectacular mountain view was a "peak" experience. Host/manager Leonardo listened to our unique preferences, tastes and priorities. He worked his magic and delivered creative solutions beautifully. Robert was an expert on waters as well as wines. Our server Melissa was great. Each course was a visual work of art, as well as delicious. We have been to Michelin-starred restaurants and many tasting menus where the food looks great but the flavor combinations don't work or the small portions leave you hungry. This one at Eden ticked all the boxes and satisfied our senses. We salute the Chef and culinary team for their design and execution, and we appreciate their talent and hard work. The whole service team worked together well: our lead server Melissa; our water server from Madrid; the gentleman who along with Melissa recommended their favorite goat cheese yogurt dessert course. All in all, a perfect evening for a special celebration. We recommend highly.

          Our dinner at Eden was fantastic. We had the Fauna seasonal (summer) 7 course menu. The concierge at Banff Springs recommended dinner at Eden as perfect for a big birthday celebration. It did not disappoint and exceeded our high expectations. Every course was beautifully prepared and presented. Highlights were the Arctic Char dish and the strawberry dessert. Service by Matt and wine sommelier Robert was excellent. Very highly recommended for a special dinner.

          Amazing experience. Michelin star level cuisine. Our service was impressive and impeccable. Gustavo was so attentive. And wine sommelier curated our dinner very well and had fantastic recommendations. 6 star experience.

          We dined at Eden for our anniversary. The "Flora" tasting menu was exquisitely plated, whimsical, and delicious. Though there were many good dishes, the stand-outs were the artichoke agnolotti, goat yogurt, and raspberry rose roulade. The food service was impeccable and each dish sent out was a joy. The special touches on the dessert courses were very much appreciated. We certainly felt it was a special night. (We will note, however, that it's funny that while in a restaurant with a vegetarian tasting menu we couldn't get all our botanical and varietal questions about the dishes answered! Plants are important to know about too!) The only unfortunate aspect of our evening was the sommelier, who presented something of a brick wall — he was not particularly helpful in helping us find a beverage (whether wine, whiskey, or other spirits), and made us feel uncomfortable in our interactions. In the end, it seems our encounters made the sommelier uncomfortable too: the drink service was more or less abandoned until we flagged him down for digestifs.

          Absolutely incredible. Best dining experience we’ve ever had. The staff was so receptive, they accommodated every request, gave us the perfect amount of attention. The food was awe inspiring. Had quite possibly the single best bite I’ve ever had for pre dessert. Can’t say enough good things.

          Been here twice on our Banff visits. Has never disappointed. Pre-Fix this time (was not previously) but both times food was wonderful and beautifully presented. Service excellent! If you love fine dining with different textures and flavors, it’s a good choice.

          Staff were nice and helpful. We did an upcharge for truffles at $36 and they didn’t have any flavor or taste. The food overall was good, it wasn’t amazing or life changing. Ultimately I just feel like the value was off for this place.

          This was one of the best meals we have ever experienced. The staff were attentive, knowledgeable and welcoming. The quality of food surpassed our expectations. The unique attention to detail with each course was unparalleled. I can recommend this restaurant with the highest confidence.
