Food was great, Steak tartare needed a bit more creaminess, flavors was good and meat was tender. Tableside service was superb .calamari was misleading sitting on a huge bed of fried rice noodles, but good flavor. Paper plane was awesome! wine was great. It was my Mother-in law’s birthday and while we received a handwritten note from the team and. Confetti for the table( which was graciously appreciated) it would’ve been nice for a small dessert to be given with a candle . My daughter was looking forward to that( as well as she asked our server) I saw other tables with dessert with writings on their plates and it would’ve been nice. Timing was a bit longer than expected during wait and attentiveness from server could’ve been better but all in all, good time.

Great late lunch celebrating a big birthday. Andrew was a good/attentive waiter. The Lobster tacos were delicious!

My husband, assistant and I had a wonderful evening celebrating her 9 year Anniversary with our company. Our server Jayden Dawson was phenomenal. He shared with us, he’s only been with the company for 2 months. I would have never known. He was extremely professional and made sure he anticipated our every need. Great job Jayden!

Food was excellent when it finally arrived. Service was incredibly slow and there were not a lot of people in restaurant. Menu items delivered out of synch.

Never fails to impress, Eddie Vs has BOTH outstanding steaks and seafood. Unlike other top steak houses, where you may get a tough or fatty filet that needs to be sent back, EVs steaks are alway perfectly cooked and tender. At night, the main dining room has one of the best views in Virginia and bar tables have the benefit of live music.

Service was great — very attentive. Ambiance was a vibe. Definitely have had better steaks and sides, though, from my favorite steakhouse in DC. IYKYK. The Chilean sea bass was good but hard to ruin a quality piece of fish swimming in a soy glaze. Worth a visit, though. Give it a try for the vibes alone if you can afford it. A fun little night out.

Overall, my experience was great. The only downside was that though you can order from both the lunch and dinner menus before the dinner hour of 4:00, certain items like sauces and mashed potatoes are not served before 4:00; so for example, I ordered the steak that comes with jumbo lump crab and bearnaise sauce, the bearnaise sauce was not available. Because I wanted this entree, we left during the lunch hours and came back a few hours later during dinner time. It was worth the wait; everything was good and the service was excellent!!!
