Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. NYEve at Eddie V's did not disappoint. We were seated promptly for a 9:00 reservation near the bar and enjoyed an appetizer, (several) drinks, and dessert before ringing in the new year. The highlight was the service: Brian (whose real name is apparently Roger, as he told us towards the end of the evening) was attentive and very personable but not pushy, as he respected that we were there for the long haul looking ahead to midnight. We had a wonderful conversation with Samarra, who did a phenomenal job handling a challenging situation at the table next to us. With us, she was warm, enthusiastic, and authentic: she loves her job and it shows. The stroke of midnight was a hoot with a balloon drop, finishing off a rare hour when people just relaxed and celebrated with complete strangers. Eddie V's is a place where it always feels like a celebration - we've had great occasions elevated more than once, and we will be back, very soon. Thank you!

On 12/31/24, we dined at Eddie V's for the first time to celebrate our anniversary. Seeking an extraordinary local experience as we customarily do for our special day, I informed Eddie V's in advance of the occasion. From the moment we arrived, we were overwhelmed by the warm reception we received. The customer service, ambiance, food, music, and every detail exceeded our expectations—it was absolutely perfect! Our host/server was outstanding, and we observed the same high level of customer service extended to other guests as well. This was a very memorable evening that left us elated and deeply impressed with Eddie V's. We will definitely visit again and eagerly share our amazing experience with others. To the management and staff at Eddie V's, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude for making our celebration truly memorable and top-notch. Well done! Dave & Angela

Another fabulous night at Eddie’s. We had the pleasure of having Gabriela as our server: friendly, efficient, and relentlessly upbeat. Food and cocktails were predictably exquisite. EV’s is quickly becoming our go-to as the premier upscale, high-energy restaurant/bar in Tyson’s. Nothing else matches the quality of its F&B, its terrific service, and edgy ambiance. If looking for that combination, EVs is in a category of one in the area.

I've been to Eddie V's at the Prudential Center in Boston and was wowed by their food. The Tysons Corner Center location was just as good, if not better. Food was consistently good, service impeccable. What was better was the dining room - beautifully appointed, modern, with amazing views out the massive windows (Boston is smaller and louder, very few windows). Monday lunch was pretty busy (surprising for period between Christmas and New Years) but the acoustics were such that the room remained relatively quiet. Would definitely return. Thanks for a great meal!

Sometimes great. Sometimes not. The fish tacos were excellent. The Filet Oscar was also excellent. The mushroom salad was oily. The bread and the lamb were undercooked. Very loud place on a Saturday night.
