Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Best fine dining experience we've had in a while. The only complaint was how loud the bar was as we could barely hear each other over the crowd.

From the moment we walked in the door, we were warmly greeted. We had lovely table by the window. Ioana and Nancy waited our table. A great team. Food was at good temperatures. Asparagus looked dried out. Taste was adequate. The surprise dessert was a very nice touch. Had we had a clue it was coming we would have held off on ordering the chocolate round cake with chocolate sauce and ice cream. Nonetheless it was a wonderful celebration dinner. Thank you.

This is a must stop if you are in the area! Food was amazing and live band on a Wednesday was a nice add.

First, I made the wrong reservation. I was a week earlier than my planned reservation. Yet, I was seated anyway and quickly!. The food was amazing the waitress was great! The dessert was legendary! Thank you!

Parking was a little difficult cuase you went into the garage and weren’t sure where to park. But we called the host at the restaurant and she told us where to park. The calamari was more show than food. But it was still good!. Our waiter Gaberiella was OUTSTANDING, knowledgeable and ever suggestion she made was amazing! From food to drinks!. I would go there again!. Even if just for drinks! The dessert tasted incredible!. The food was just amazing!. Money well spent!. A experience I won’t forgot. I would go visit again!.

Great Food! Eclectic Crowd! Good Overall Service! EV's has for many years one of our favorite spots to eat and spend time at the lively bar! Our most recent visit has a minor blip - in that one of the side orders was delivered way late (they acknowledged the mistake in advance and did not charge us for the error), but typically not like them. Also, we requested standard seating (i.e., a booth) but it was located fairly close to the bar and live music stand and was quite noisy. I will say the restaurant was very crowed - expected for a Friday night - but in hindsight I should have requested a table not near the bar area so my wife and I could have better enjoyed our conversation. But thanks to the server for the complimentary side in acknowledging their mistake, although we had essentially finished our entree by the time it was served.
