Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. The food was ok. The lobster bisque was watery; not creamy. The shrimp with stuffed crabmeat - the shrimp were small and very little crabmeat. We had just informed our waiter that I was allergic to fish and he returned with smoked salmon, compliments of the chef. Huh?? We JUST told him of my allergy to fish, to which he said he’d be sure to make the chef aware. We made reservations in advance to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We felt our table should have been situated away from a large dinner party; perhaps near the window. There were plenty of open tables. And, as the restaurant looks to provide upscale dining, the allowance of guests with active wear was surprising. We have heard great reviews from friends; however, we do not feel we will be revisiting.

Food wasn’t what I expected, the service was phenomenal. Iona was amazing and she made the experience enjoyable.

Food was fabulous !! From great appetizers the lobster tacos and shrimp cocktail to dinner of Chilean Sea Bass with sweet soy sauce . Was the Best I ever had. Delicious, light and fluffy ! Filet , with perfect potatoes great, lobster tail perfection. Side of green beans delicious . Other than very crowded on a Saturday night it was a fabulous night

First thing Andrews was my waiter and he was outstanding. He gave good drink and food suggestions of which we ordered and very much enjoyed. He was very attentive w making sure our glasses were never emptied and that we had an amazing time. He seemed very invested in our overall experience and I can honestly say the next time I come back I will absolutely ask for him. The food as always was amazing. I believe it was a manager that also congratulated me on my promotion and also made sure me and my family had a wonderful time. Everyone was dedicated to the wonderful experience me and my family had.

We had a great time! The lobster tacos were outstanding. The Wahoo special was a little overcooked but the filet tenderloins with crab were prepared perfectly. Also, Beverage Manager was super helpful! David is the best waiter!

Eddie V’s always provides excellent service, great food and drinks! The music and ambiance after 5:00 is always date night appropriate. I highly recommend the crab fried rice and brown butter scallop.

This was my wife and I first visit to Eddie's V's in Tyson's Corner. I must say we were very pleased with our impromtu decision to have dinner after leaving the Galleria. I may reservations on the OpeTable app before leaving the mall and found a reservation within 15mins. We were greeted by a host with a smiling and 'what can I assist you with' pleasant attitude. The ambiance was perfect-there was a live Jazz band playing a great selection as we were taking to our table in the dining room with a great view of Tyson's skyline. Our waiter Tony, whom we discovered was one of their most requested waiters and we were not disappointed. A wonderful experience and we will return for dessert.

As soon as we left the place I got so sick. For the money you pay the food should be excellent and fresh.
