Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. Another fabulous night at Eddie’s. We had the pleasure of having Gabriela as our server: friendly, efficient, and relentlessly upbeat. Food and cocktails were predictably exquisite. EV’s is quickly becoming our go-to as the premier upscale, high-energy restaurant/bar in Tyson’s. Nothing else matches the quality of its F&B, its terrific service, and edgy ambiance. If looking for that combination, EVs is in a category of one in the area.

I've been to Eddie V's at the Prudential Center in Boston and was wowed by their food. The Tysons Corner Center location was just as good, if not better. Food was consistently good, service impeccable. What was better was the dining room - beautifully appointed, modern, with amazing views out the massive windows (Boston is smaller and louder, very few windows). Monday lunch was pretty busy (surprising for period between Christmas and New Years) but the acoustics were such that the room remained relatively quiet. Would definitely return. Thanks for a great meal!

Sometimes great. Sometimes not. The fish tacos were excellent. The Filet Oscar was also excellent. The mushroom salad was oily. The bread and the lamb were undercooked. Very loud place on a Saturday night.

I loved this restaurant. Will definitely return. Went for a date night before a show. It was fully booked. Noise level was moderate. Not loud but not quiet either. Didn’t have to scream my order to the server. Food was excellent and so were the cocktails. My only negative is the dress code. I wished they didn’t allow athletic wear - tshirts, sweatpants, hoodies; a collared shirt dress code should be enforced. Being a 5 star restaurant, the attire of the patrons should also be of 5 star standard.

I would highly recommend this restaurant. The vibe is radiant with a nice atmosphere. The wait staff is amazing. Our waiter Tek was great. He gave us the best service and recommended several different food options and they were all very tasty. I recommend the chef picked oysters, they were so fresh tasting. The steaks were flavorful and well prepared med rare. We also had asparagus and Brussels sprouts, they were delicious as well. I will definitely be dining here again.

We spent the last 5-6 Christmas Eves at Eddie V’s, and last night was the best. It starts with our head server Kyle. His team provided top-notch service, and pur food was hot and delicious.

The service was great. Tex was a delight and very friendly. The Caesar salad had a strange taste to it The parmigiana sole was exceptional. The Chilean Sea Bass was very tough
