Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. Loved it!! It was our anniversary and all the staff knew and wished us happy anniversary. There were roses and rose petals on the table and a signed greeting card with a wax seal. The bone in NY strip was amazing as was the warm goat cheese salad. Twice baked potatoes were topped with caviar. A bit pricy but memorable. Live Jazz even on a Sunday night. Decor was stunning. I’d go back anytime I could.

The service was exceptional. Tony was our waiter and was wonderful. We had a beautiful time and everything was yummy!!!

Over cooked steak. Took a long time to get the food but we kept hearing it was not busy by the staff. Waiter went AWAL for long periods and yet there was a ton of staff.

The food was ok. The lobster bisque was watery; not creamy. The shrimp with stuffed crabmeat - the shrimp were small and very little crabmeat. We had just informed our waiter that I was allergic to fish and he returned with smoked salmon, compliments of the chef. Huh?? We JUST told him of my allergy to fish, to which he said he’d be sure to make the chef aware. We made reservations in advance to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We felt our table should have been situated away from a large dinner party; perhaps near the window. There were plenty of open tables. And, as the restaurant looks to provide upscale dining, the allowance of guests with active wear was surprising. We have heard great reviews from friends; however, we do not feel we will be revisiting.

Food was fabulous !! From great appetizers the lobster tacos and shrimp cocktail to dinner of Chilean Sea Bass with sweet soy sauce . Was the Best I ever had. Delicious, light and fluffy ! Filet , with perfect potatoes great, lobster tail perfection. Side of green beans delicious . Other than very crowded on a Saturday night it was a fabulous night

First thing Andrews was my waiter and he was outstanding. He gave good drink and food suggestions of which we ordered and very much enjoyed. He was very attentive w making sure our glasses were never emptied and that we had an amazing time. He seemed very invested in our overall experience and I can honestly say the next time I come back I will absolutely ask for him. The food as always was amazing. I believe it was a manager that also congratulated me on my promotion and also made sure me and my family had a wonderful time. Everyone was dedicated to the wonderful experience me and my family had.

We had a great time! The lobster tacos were outstanding. The Wahoo special was a little overcooked but the filet tenderloins with crab were prepared perfectly. Also, Beverage Manager was super helpful! David is the best waiter!
