Tonight we took a couple of special friends to Echo. We were seated at the windows which is always nice. What really made our meal nice wasn’t that the food was fantastic but our server Darrell. Darrell made sure all of our food was cooked exact way we wanted it. One steak was a little underdone but he promptly took it to the kitchen and returned shortly with it at the perfect temperature. I know he can’t work every shift but I hope you’ll be luck enough to get him. Back to the food, the triple tail was amazing

We were really excited for our reservation at Echo, however it was very disappointing. We were in the small dining room and it seemed like there was only 1 server. We immediately ordered a bottle of wine and an appetizer. It took 30 minutes for our wine to come. Our appetizer came before the wine which was very weird since we ordered a bottle and felt like that should have been easy to get. We ordered the tacos and subbed the fish for shrimp (as the menu indicates you can do). However, we were served the fish. We didn't want to make a fuss about it, but it wasn't very good. The ambiance and fact that it is the only beach front restaurant leave a lot of room for improvement. I would go back solely to take pictures outside, but would not eat there again.

I enjoyed my salmon, but my husband did not care for the ribeye. Beautiful place to dine.

My husband and I went there to celebrate our anniversary. We chose Echo because we had honeymooned at the King and Prince. I ordered the redfish special and it was delicious! The fish was cooked and prepared to perfection. My husband ordered the ribeye and thoroughly enjoyed it! Our server was wonderful, attentive but not overly! He even sent us home with a complimentary dessert for our anniversary! Overall, it was a wonderful evening and celebration!

Very disappointing. The crab cakes tasted like imitation crab and was very wet. The server made us feel like he wanted us out of there as quick as possible. There was no mention that we were there for a birthday celebration even though I had written that down when I made the reservation on-line. Would definitely not recommend this place at all.

JD was a nice server. The food and ambiance was wonderful! We had a beautiful view from the full window dining room. We even enjoyed the pseudo “wedding-crasher” show, watching a random group of couples at the outdoor seating help themselves to the open bar and buffet for the medical device convention. Thanks for a great time. Lol
