Comment proposer un classique incontournable dans un steakhouse américain et à la fois rompre avec les traditions pour créer quelque chose de totalement nouveau et passionnant ? C'est la question que le chef et restaurateur réputé Sam Marvin (créateur du très célèbre restaurant Bottega Louie de Los Angeles) s'est posée lorsqu'il a décidé qu'il était temps de réinventer ce qui a longtemps été le signe distinctif des steakhouses : une ambiance masculine, des pièces sombres, des serveurs chic, des grosses portions de bœuf et des tarifs exorbitants. This is such a great place for lunch and dinner. Very reasonable cocktails. A Lemon Drop for $12!! And it is very very good. Their steaks are superior and cooked perfectly. Great flavors. Highest recommendations. The Spencer is the best cut of meat. Yes it's off strip down in Red Rock but so worth the drive. Ambiance is what I call industrial. Lots of room. Not crowded and not busy for lunch. You'll be back!!

Server was good, had tasty recommendations. Delicious food, and outstanding drinks. Only gripe is I made a reservation and still had to wait, also…. A little more of a dress code should be enforced. I should not be looking my best while this dude is in cargo shorts, a dirty t-shirt and thing sandals. Not the place for it. I’ve seen that now a few times! This is my favorite steak house and I recommend it to everyone who is in town to visit me!

Very average food, odd facility, feels like a restaurant by night, office by day? Service is below average, and to be honest, there are sooooo many better places to get a good meal with great experience and outstanding service. I’ll pass on this one next time.

I love this place we didn’t have to ask for refills or ask for boxes this was the best experience I will be coming back even the manager introduced himself right we sat down everyone was so friendly! Thank you for a great time

Overall experience was awesome. However the noise level in the restaurant about 30 minutes before the meal ended was extremely loud to the point that we left early than anticipated. Also, the meats displayed on the first level-I am confused….we throught they would be on the echo &rigg menus-and they were not. Were those meats on display only available through the butcher shop?
