Comment proposer un classique incontournable dans un steakhouse américain et à la fois rompre avec les traditions pour créer quelque chose de totalement nouveau et passionnant ? C'est la question que le chef et restaurateur réputé Sam Marvin (créateur du très célèbre restaurant Bottega Louie de Los Angeles) s'est posée lorsqu'il a décidé qu'il était temps de réinventer ce qui a longtemps été le signe distinctif des steakhouses : une ambiance masculine, des pièces sombres, des serveurs chic, des grosses portions de bœuf et des tarifs exorbitants. The service overall was outstanding, they are on top of if! Tons of help, constantly checking in to make sure you had everything. Lucas was our server and was fantastic. Can’t recall the managers name but the fact that they stop by and greet every table and guest is amazing in today’s service environment! Way to go will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our dinner at Echo & Rig (Tivoli Village/Summerlin location). The food was excellent! We each had a different cut of steak and each of our steaks was EXCELLENT! We also shared a number of small plates and sides. Some of the standouts were the pork belly burnt ends, the roasted heirloom carrots with sorrel sauce, the demi-glace potatoes, and the bibb salad. Our server Juan Carlos (J.C.) was attentive and friendly. The ambiance was very relaxing, as we were seated outside on the veranda with a nice view of the fountain and white lights of the central roundabout in Tivoli Village. There were a few slight hiccups (they were out of both the Rib Cap cut of steak AND the Malbec wine that I tried to order, and the wait for our table on a weeknight was about 20 minutes. However, the excellent quality of the food, attentive service, ambiance, and overall value (comparable meals on or closer to the Strip would be at least 2x the cost) makes Echo & Rig a standout to dine at!

First experience here. Made reservations, still waited 15-20mins for table. Food was great, service was on the slower end. Took over 2 hours for entire experience. Still will return at some point.

We love Echo & Rig but this time it was a different experience. They were out of two different bottled wines we tried to order as well as the salmon and Ahi Tuna. With disappointment I ordered steak that had to be sent back for additional cook time as it came out extremely rare. Their dessert menu has changed for the better but still isn't worth it in our opinion.

What a wonderful dining experience! Our server was awesome, food was amazing, and the dessert (salted carmel ice cream) was wonderful. While my first visit I will definitely be back.

This is our go to place especially when entertaining out of town guests. We have never had a bad meal and the service is excellent. We have been to all of the steakhouses up and down the strip. None compare to Echo & Rig.

It is always pleasurable, and the Drunken Goat sandwich was the tastiest. Service is always five stars!
