Comment proposer un classique incontournable dans un steakhouse américain et à la fois rompre avec les traditions pour créer quelque chose de totalement nouveau et passionnant ? C'est la question que le chef et restaurateur réputé Sam Marvin (créateur du très célèbre restaurant Bottega Louie de Los Angeles) s'est posée lorsqu'il a décidé qu'il était temps de réinventer ce qui a longtemps été le signe distinctif des steakhouses : une ambiance masculine, des pièces sombres, des serveurs chic, des grosses portions de bœuf et des tarifs exorbitants. La réponse à sa question, c'est l'Echo & Rig Butcher and Steakhouse qui vient d'ouvrir ses portes dans le charmant village de Tivoli, tout près de Summerlin Parkway, à 15 minutes du légendaire strip de Las Vegas.

Everything was amazing minus my Ribeye, it tasted like the grill and had no marbling and had way too many tough spots. Almost like a chuck steak. Had I not seen my wife enjoy her night out I would have definitely sent it back.

Started out fine , waiter was good , son in laws steak 🥩 came out rare even though ordered med well , by the time they returned steak we were all finished with meal (7 of us ) so I asked manager to bring his steak but also a to go box because obviously he wasn’t gonna have time to finish it all there being we were all finished , but he could eat what he could & take the rest home .. manager brought steak back with Plastic utensils 🙄he could not understand what mushroom gravy was 🙄 I told him you know brown gravy with mushrooms in it he said well we have 3 brown gravy’s .. yes I know you do .. but only ONE has mushrooms in it 🙄 so he brings steak on plate with plastic utensils & mushroom gravy in 2 little cups to go 🙄 WTH 🤦‍♀️ Who wants plastic utensils with a $40 steak 🥩 😡 begrudgingly he went & found proper silverware 🙄 waiter disappeared so it took a long time to order desert but was finally happy to leave $530 later with not so good experience 😔

Amazing dinner. We had dinner for our anniversary and it blew us away. Our server (I think his name was Oscar, I should have written this last night so I didn’t forget) was incredible. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and downright a cool guy. He got us this huge tomahawk to share, all the sauces, some sides, drinks, etc. Seriously, an amazing experience. We WILL be back.

There is a menu item that is of limited supply, and is the best cut imo. The food is amazing and so is the service. Hands down top 4 steakhouse’s in Las Vegas.

The food at Echo & Rig was delicious and the service was great! We had NY and filet mignon steak with sides. I really enjoyed the cauliflower side dish. Our server was really good we will be back.

The service was fantastic. Starting with the valet to the greeting at the front desk to the waiter. Food was incredible. No minuses here.

Even though it was close to closing, they made us feel very welcomed and we didn't feel we were inconvenienceing them. Great food and service.
