Comment proposer un classique incontournable dans un steakhouse américain et à la fois rompre avec les traditions pour créer quelque chose de totalement nouveau et passionnant ? C'est la question que le chef et restaurateur réputé Sam Marvin (créateur du très célèbre restaurant Bottega Louie de Los Angeles) s'est posée lorsqu'il a décidé qu'il était temps de réinventer ce qui a longtemps été le signe distinctif des steakhouses : une ambiance masculine, des pièces sombres, des serveurs chic, des grosses portions de bœuf et des tarifs exorbitants. La réponse à sa question, c'est l'Echo & Rig Butcher and Steakhouse qui vient d'ouvrir ses portes dans le charmant village de Tivoli, tout près de Summerlin Parkway, à 15 minutes du légendaire strip de Las Vegas.

    Food was good. Staff is a bit confused it seems. Server talked too much and didn’t listen enough. Open kitchen is loud with lots of servers standing around when not busy. All in all the food stands out but these other things need work. Also, I wouldn’t put house-made chips on a plate with a tenderloin - it’s not a burger. And offer an actual thick-cut, 8oz filet and not a 1” cut. Go ahead and charge more for it but give more.

    Echo and Rig is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, we were treated to a fantastic dining experience. The atmosphere is upscale yet unpretentious, creating a warm and inviting vibe. Adrian, our bartender, made the night even more memorable. He was not only incredibly skilled with his cocktails but also had a great sense of humor and was so attentive to our needs. His drink suggestions were spot-on, and each one was crafted perfectly. The food was outstanding — each dish was fresh, beautifully plated, and packed with flavor. The steak was cooked to perfection, and the sides complemented it beautifully. The entire meal felt like a celebration, thanks to Adrian’s excellent service and the amazing food. If you’re looking for a place with great drinks, delicious food, and a stellar experience, Echo and Rig is the place to be. I can’t wait to return!

    It was our 35th Anniversary and Lucas, Javier, and the hostess made it the most memorable anniversary we have ever had!

    Our wine and food was excellent! Only problem with our dinner was that my wife asked to have her steak medium well to well done but it was cooked medium rare to rare and we had to send it back twice. It’s a shame bcuz once it finally came out right my steak n our sides weren’t at the right temperature. The manager did his best to correct the problem by taking her steak off the bill and bringing us a complimentary dessert which we very much appreciated!! We also were very unhappy with our service bcuz he didn’t come by once to see how everything was or if we need anything. With all that being said, we will definitely be back bcuz everything is usually top notch

    Marcus was our server and he was attentive and helpful regarding service and suggestions on the menu. He led me the right way with our cocktail selection and was informative on their dishes. Everything we had was impeccable. The best brussel sprouts ive had with a Ribeye that had it all. Will definitely be coming back !

    Long wait after arriving for reservation time to be seated. Also long time to have server come to table. Added an extra 45 minutes to our meal.

    It was my 23rs birthday. My 6 year anniversary and my first time in Vegas. We were treated by 2 managers. Excellent service and they described the entire menu to us. Food was the best I ever had including sauce.

    Disappointing visit. Food was slow to come out and wasn’t great. Service & meals are usually fantastic, but this was far from the case this time. Hopefully this isn’t the new norm, because we frequently dine here.
