Comment proposer un classique incontournable dans un steakhouse américain et à la fois rompre avec les traditions pour créer quelque chose de totalement nouveau et passionnant ? C'est la question que le chef et restaurateur réputé Sam Marvin (créateur du très célèbre restaurant Bottega Louie de Los Angeles) s'est posée lorsqu'il a décidé qu'il était temps de réinventer ce qui a longtemps été le signe distinctif des steakhouses : une ambiance masculine, des pièces sombres, des serveurs chic, des grosses portions de bœuf et des tarifs exorbitants. The spinach salad and portabella fries were great. I was disappointed with my filet mignon and the cocktail was just ok. The waiter was very nice, he got me a new filet, but when i get a filet i expect melt in your mouth and tender meat. This has lots of chewy bits, white strings and was nor tender. On the bright side it was cooked to the right temp. Medium rare. Dessert was also just ok.

When Echo and Rig say they are the neighborhood steakhouse this is very true. We love this place. Always great service and consistently good food. Love the no corkage policy. That’s the biggest driver that keeps us coming back. Although we always still order cocktails also.

The wait staff is always greats from the hostess, wait staff, runners, bussers and even a manager came over to us to check on us. We were there celebrating my birthday and I always make the mistake of “trying a new place” and always regret not just coming here to begin with. Definitely my favorite and am always thoroughly impressed. I wish I remembered our waiters name because his energy was fantastic. It is kind of hard to hear the waiters cause it was loud, but other than that, no complaints.

We enjoyed this restaurant. If you are going to eat here, make sure to chill and relax, do not come here if you are in a rush. Our server was fantastic. He was engaging and suggested good drinks, sides, and sauces with the steak. The food is good. We had an issue with one of the steaks that my brother ordered, but they took care of it. We ordered what we wanted, including desserts, and the bill didn't break the bank. We would definitely come back.

Me and my girlfriend go out to for dinner every month, and every month we look for a new place. Juan Carlos and Jay were excellent and took good care of us; the food was all really delicious and flavorful would recommend it to anyone nearby .

I had never been here before. Went with a friend who had been in for dinner several times before and said it was really good. We went for brunch. The service was so SLOW! Our reservation was at 1pm so it wasn't at the peak of busy-ness. I suspect that our server became a little less interested in us when he found out we weren't ordering expensive alcohol. I ordered a Monte Cristo with a side of home potatoes and my friend ordered lemon ricotta pancakes and a side of bacon. My Monte Cristo was child sized and it was cooked/burned in oil so old that was pretty much all I could taste. It was literally like Wonder Bread with some lunch meat and cheese and then burned in old reused oil. The potatoes were also burned in old tasting oil. Literally an egg McMuffin and hash browns from McDonald's would have been tastier and fresher. My friend's pancakes were so tough that she had trouble cutting through them with a butter knife. She barely ate any of them. The only decent thing between the two of us was her side of bacon. My iced tea tasted like straight tap water with a nasty aftertaste. It took about 45 minutes after ordering to receive our food and overall we were in the restaurant for close to 2 hours- not because we wanted to be there that long, but because that's how long it took to get our order taken, and to get our food and drink and our check to pay.
