Very disappointing. There were 4 of us, 2 people had a cocktail. Food was very meh, just okay. Not worth the $120.00. Had to ask for more dressing on the ceasar, as it was very dry. Pace of dinner was not good. Salad came, then soup while we were still eating salad. And then dinner came while we were still eating salad & soup. I understand East Bay Grille is not fine dining, but to have all your food appetizers and dinner come on top of each other is not good. (They offered to take it back to the kitchen. I said no because it is just going to dry out. And my husband's clams were already room temperature. Food got cold while trying to eat and rearrange items on the table. Waitress was pleasant enough, but didn't out our order in at a good pace. Would not. Do not recommend. Will not be back.

Great meals during lunch. Portions were extremely generous and delicious. We started with chowders which was thick and tasty as well as the calamari. Then we ordered the shrimp scampi, risotto and the salmon salad. Everything was fantastic and our server was also terrific. There is a down side though.... My only complaint is this...we made a reservation and indicated in the notes we'd like outdoor seating only to find that East Bay Grille doesn't take reservations for outdoor seating and we would have to put our name in. We explored that and there was more than an hour wait. Why on earth can't we reserve for outside? And why on earth doesn't it say that when making the reservation? Honestly I would absolutely consider NOT returning because of that in spite of the food. We are frequent diners, also use Open Table often (no perks from that either I guess) and were entertaining guests from from out of town only to find out we couldn't enjoy the beautiful day even after making a reservation.

I always have a wonderful time. The staff is friendly and efficient and the food is good.

The best of the bird was nothing but processed turkey roll. We had made reservation for a table at window. They put my wife and myself (elderly couple) at a small high-top table. one row from windows near exterior door used for outside serving. There was a booth at window three rows down, I almost asked if we could have but figured they were saving for party of 3 or 4. 15 minutes later they sat a party of 2 at it. We have eaten here many times about 30 miles from home and I'm sure we will again because we've always had a good meal. But they really disappointed us this one time.

Service was very good. Food was just so-so. I had scallops which were cooked correctly, but flat in flavor. My husband had fish & chips and noted the batter being too thick for his liking. Our friend had salmon & said it was delicious.

East Bay Grill is an attractive restaurant with a beautiful outdoor patio with an ocean view. Our server was great, very sweet and attentive. The problem was that the food just wasn’t that good. My seafood risotto was really a huge plate of rice with seafood mixed in. The overwhelming flavor was of some spice that I can’t quite place. The seafood quality was ok, but didn’t seem super fresh. My husband had the steak tips and thought they were ok. Overall, maybe we would go back for an appetizer and a glass of wine but probably not for dinner.
