Dinner for 4 on a Thursday night…food was fair at best, service was sloppy and the noise level was extreme…even though we sat outside…a thoroughly unpleasant experience and at 7:30 pm the place was empty…it deserves to be

The ribs and Cajun grilled chicken were amazing. The salmon with feta caper sauce was very good although I didn’t care for the sauce. Side salads with lemon vinaigrette were delicious and very fresh. Nice ambiance!

Great food and drink options. Service can struggle a bit with being slow and food temperature can vary as a result. Have been coming here for years and still worth patiently trusting they'll get better.

Went on a Saturday afternoon at 2 pm., with the mall packed would expect Earls to be hopping as they normally are. While the food was pretty good, the fact that there was 1 server for the entire place, covering patio, dining area, and lounge was ridiculous. She worked hard and did the best she could, but there should have been at least 1 or 2 other servers to help out. As a result, very slow service for the almost 2 hours we were there. Again, this is not a criticism of the people working there, this is a criticism of whoever runs the place and decided to put a skeleton crew in place on a Saturday afternoon in the Summer with the patio open.

The wine we ordered was unavailable because it was not chilled. I did not get the vegetables with my main dish which were printed on the menu (charred fennel, baby potatoes, coriander lemon gastrique and cauliflower purée). Broccolini was the substitute. Very disappointed and will not go back.
