Earls is understaffed. Took over an hour to get food. Seemed like they had 3 waiters for the whole restaurant. Live music was so loud we couldn’t hear each other.

Menu had a lot of variety and things that my whole family could enjoy. Food and drinks were terrific. Unfortunately service for a Sunday night was very very slow. I think there may have been one waitress for the entire restaurant. We liked the food so much we will likely try them again at another time to give the benefit of the doubt, hopefully we get faster, more attentive service next time.

It was a slow night but we had to ask for the table to be cleared so we had room for main course. Waitress was nice but not as engaged as we are used to at Earls.

We had a reservation. Why bother? It was relatively empty and they still had us wait over 10 mins to see what table they had for us. Then we waited at least 15 mins to be greeted by our waiter. Ordered sparkling water, asked for cup of ice and limes. Water arrived another 15 min later. No ice, no limes. Wait another 15 mins for that and finally order. Food came quick and was good. I requested horseradish when I ordered, I had to ask two additional times for it. Refills on drinks were non-existent. Or he’d ask and then never bring it. The place has gone way down hill and the prices are outrageous for small portions. Not going back.

Dinner for 4 on a Thursday night…food was fair at best, service was sloppy and the noise level was extreme…even though we sat outside…a thoroughly unpleasant experience and at 7:30 pm the place was empty…it deserves to be
