Really good food in an updated yet authentic environment. Unfortunately AC wasn’t working well so really warm inside with all the BBQ’s on - they should’ve closed the restaurant or limited number of tables.

Food was very good!!! Service was lousy and it's a pity that with such good food service ruined the experience. The waiter, ( I don't know his name but he is a big guy), made faces when we asked to refill some of the small side dishes, which is a customary thing in my experience at least, in Korean restaurants. This made us very uncomfortable to ask him for simple refills and things like this. This behavior is inconsistent with the role of a waiter in any respected restaurant. (In my previous dining experience, which was about 2-3 weeks ago, the service by another waiter was totally different. It was very good then).

Rotor the food very much. I wish my server was better equipped to help me with my order and explain the procedure. All in all super evening and would go there again

Dons Bogam BBQ presents well upon entry, and the opportunity to sit with table side Korean bbq cooking is a fun experience. However, they don’t seem to want to let you have too much of an experience as they push you to order right away. No time to just sip a cocktail. Upon ordering, the food comes out right away, our entire dining experience took 45 minutes due to the rushed feeling. In addition, while we had a reservation, and there were plenty of seats available, they crowded an additional party to our table, which seemed unnecessary. So while the service was sub par, the food itself was good, although pricey considering it’s literally sliced beef cooked on a grill in front of you.

Very indifferent service. Overcooked all of our meats. Spilled boiling meat, juice down my leg and didn’t apologize or take anything off the bill because I had no scars.

Food is always so good here and we have always had great service. This is the only place we come to for korean bbq (my Korean friends introduced me to this restaurant).
