Dockside Bistro & Wine Bar, established in 2007 by Chef Laurie Nguyen. Later, Laurie sold the restaurant Chef Zach Caraway and Jade Adams in October 2023. Chef Zach has had over 15 years of experience and training in his culinary journey. Chef Zach look forward to bringing the culinary traditions of the Pacific Northwest with twists of exciting and unique culinary creations. We take particular pride in featuring daily fresh ingredients and ever changing seasonal appetizers and entrees.

A apart from our amazing food, Dockside Bistro has an extensive list of many different wines from all around the world. We take particular pride in bring new exciting wines to you from old world to new world! In addition to our wonderful wines, Jade has created list of seasonal cocktails made with house made syrups and fresh squeezed juices.

Our table waited over an hour and a half from main course order to when the first dishes were served. Server was apologetic, but even drinks were 15 mins from order. This type of service is absurd at this restaurant’s price point. Food was decent but not exceptional and by the time it arrived was irrelevant. Maybe was an unusual short staffed night but certainly won’t be going back.

I seek for farm to table type menu. This was a gem not yet found for me! Greatful for a memorable meal that was fantastic. Especially in a world of over processed foods. Excellent dinner!

Went there for our anniversary. Food was exquisite. My husband had the apple brie sandwich. He said he could taste each flavor. I had the special steak sandwich. It was to die for. Best steak sandwich I ever had!!! Service was excellent! We will be returning, definitely.

We sat outside and the only negative is that people walked by on the boardwalk which at times made it a little noisy. Otherwise, we loved our food and the waitress.

First time to visit this restaurant. It certainly won't be my last. Halibut and prawns were delicious along with the oysters. Service was spectacular -- unobtrusive, but everything showed up in a timely manner.

A little too much finishing salt on some dishes - immediately fixed. Wait staff was just outstanding - knowledgable, efficient and attentive.

The best meal I have had in Washington State! We moved to WA two years ago, and hands down I thought that my meal was simply wonderful! There were four in our party, each of us ordered something different and everyone was super happy with the food and good service! The staff went out of their way to make our experience special!

We were lucky enough to have the place to ourselves for lunch on a glorious summer day so we opted to sit on the patio, which faces the marina. It was a lovely ambiance. Our server, Elias (apologies if I spelled their name wrong!), was a true gem. Their service was very attentive without being overbearing, thoughtful, and expertly timed. Delicious and beautifully plated food at Dockside! The mussels were perfect, (I almost drank the evenly balanced and yummy broth right out of the bowl), the salad was fresh and refreshing, and the creme brulee was (as Elias recommended), absolutely delectable; a perfect cream with just the right thickness of caramelized sugar on top. We will be back and highly recommend for a nice lunch, romantic dinner, or just a lovely glass of wine on the patio. A hidden gem for sure!

Was disappointed to learn there was no halibut for the wonderful Fish 'n Chips. I ordered a special, a sandwich instead. It was tasty but one of the ingredients in it did not agree with me. all that said, I will be back for certain.
