Dockside Bistro & Wine Bar was established in 2007 by Chef Laurie Nguyen. In October 2023, the restaurant was purchased by Chef Zach Caraway and Jade Adams. With over 15 years of culinary experience and training, Chef Zach is dedicated to presenting the culinary traditions of the Pacific Northwest while infusing innovative and unique culinary creations. The restaurant prides itself on using fresh, daily ingredients and regularly updating its seasonal appetizers and entrees.

In addition to its exceptional cuisine, Dockside Bistro offers an extensive selection of wines from around the world. The establishment takes pride in introducing patrons to new and exciting wines, spanning from the old world to the new world. I ordered the salmon and overall was good. However, for $28 it was ridiculously expensive because the size of the piece of salmon was not more than two ounces, at three the most.

Our table waited over an hour and a half from main course order to when the first dishes were served. Server was apologetic, but even drinks were 15 mins from order. This type of service is absurd at this restaurant’s price point. Food was decent but not exceptional and by the time it arrived was irrelevant. Maybe was an unusual short staffed night but certainly won’t be going back.

I seek for farm to table type menu. This was a gem not yet found for me! Greatful for a memorable meal that was fantastic. Especially in a world of over processed foods. Excellent dinner!

Went there for our anniversary. Food was exquisite. My husband had the apple brie sandwich. He said he could taste each flavor. I had the special steak sandwich. It was to die for. Best steak sandwich I ever had!!! Service was excellent! We will be returning, definitely.

We sat outside and the only negative is that people walked by on the boardwalk which at times made it a little noisy. Otherwise, we loved our food and the waitress.

First time to visit this restaurant. It certainly won't be my last. Halibut and prawns were delicious along with the oysters. Service was spectacular -- unobtrusive, but everything showed up in a timely manner.
