The quality of food at Diwan has changed with smaller servings and awkward pairings. For example, why have 3 samosas as a shareable item for 2 people? Or serve a main dish such as palek paneer with only small naan bread quarters? There was way too much of the dish and little garnish or side item to compliment it. I remember a more robust menu with beautiful side dishes in 2018. The door to the patio was kept open and wasps were very aggravating. A better choice of seating would have improved the ambience. Fortunately, the exhibitions were beautiful and did not disappoint us.

An interesting, varied menu that will delight your taste buds. Since the opening, we have enjoyed our meals. The service was good. Thank you. It was too bad this time that we had two loud young ladies close by that made it not as pleasant for half the meal. We were glad when they departed.

We usually love this restaurant, and although the evening was a success, what irked us was that 4 important food items were not available from the menu which seems like much. The restaurant was almost empty which is a shame giving the quality of the food and menu, but we didn’t mind. The service was very good.

The combination of spices is delicate and yet rich. Servings are sufficient. The food temperature is just right - appetizingly hot when needed. The date cake is absolutely delicious - warm, succulent, fragrant. The restaurant is fancy with impressive wall and ceiling decor without being intimidating. Diners have ample space to walk between tables and to position their chairs. It is a very comfortable atmosphere.

They fed a vegetarian a person with gf/df issues a 12 year old and someone who can eat anything. We all really enjoyed our meal
