Located on 'The Hill' in Grosse Pointe Farms, the Dirty Dog Jazz Cafe presents live jazz and comfort dinning in an intimate, Ole English pub atmosphere.

The venue offers a great all-day menu Tuesday through Thursday, and great live music and pre-fixe menu combination on Friday and Saturday. Chef Andre Neimanis serves up bistro favorites, world cuisine influences, comfort food with a twist and exciting daily specials. The wine list offers about 60 selections, 20 by the glass.

The experience was emotional and definitely a much needed outing. The service and the staff were outstanding. They are very inviting and the atmosphere is breathtaking. We sat at the front left right by the band. They are so talented and full of energy. We danced in our seats. Some even got us to dance around the table. This was much needed as I stated before a lot of times we feel like we have to go out with a person to enjoy life. Just know going alone you won’t be alone in that space. The blackened shrimp was ohhhh laaalalalala 💛💫👏🏾👏🏾

Very disappointed at customer service and how reservation are handled. Will not return BLUE LLAMA is better. Not customer service driven at all. Overpriced and underwhelming to say the least.

Not good customer service. Reservation were handled poorly. We will not return. Rather, go to MGM AXIS lounge before I spend another dime in this establishment.

This experience was amazing! I loved dining here and the jazz band was amazing!! I came here for my birthday and loved every minute of it! The food was amazing and the only reason I rated the food 4 stars instead of 5 was becuase my steak came out rare when I asked for medium well. I didnt bring it up to the staff becuase I was enjoying myself so much and really wanted to eat but everything else was AMAZING! Staff is great! Music is great! The guy at the bar shouts out birthdays and is a cool guy! Just in general nice spot! Ive also been here and cliff bells downtown (another jazz spot) and although I like both I enjoyed this place more! Thanks again and Ill be back!

I have visited this cozy Jazz pub at least once a year for the last several years. If you enjoy taking in LIVE Jazz 🎺 in a classy, cozy setting this IS the place for you! Willie and his entire staff are a class act! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I have never been disappointed with a meal…always delicious 🤤 If you’re into veggies 🥕 the Chicken and Dumplings 🥟 is to die for!! Great music 🎶 venue!!! Have had the pleasure of enjoying (right before my very eyes, you can almost reach out and touch them depending on where you’re sitting!) some of the trendiest, talented artists, known locally as well as nationally and internationally. Be prepared to spend some money 💰…but it’s worth every penny and you won’t regret it- especially if your time spent there is to celebrate some sort of a special occasion like a birthday, anniversary, or even a divorce (…lol a Willie joke 🤭 I never get tired of hearing) LOL So if you’ve never been here, I highly recommend giving the DDJC a try…it’s such a memorable experience I can promise, you’ll be back!
