Service was excellent, but the food was disappointing. Steaks were oversalted and tough. Expected more from this establishment.

The food and service at Diplomat Prime was truly outstanding. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our meal. It was one of the best restaurants that we have dined at this year. I highly recommend this restaurant.

It was a last minute decision to eat here. We we’re staying down the street for our annual girls birthday spa weekend. The food and service were amazing!!! We will be back. The only thing I’ll say is if you stay nearby Uber to The Diplomat, valet parking cost us $52 to park for a 2 1/2 dinner!!! We also didn’t realize there was a Public garage across the street.

I had the 10oz filet cooked to a perfect medium rare, with creamed spinach and a lovely Amarone. The steak was tender and so flavorful.
