These are some of the concepts that make up the Ambrogio15 project. Nous sommes arrivé à 20h, heure de notre réservation. Tout le long, on s’est sentis bousculés par la serveuse pour commander nos plats. On nous a dit que la cuisine fermait à 21h alors que des clients arrivaient. C’est à peu près le même prix que le NOBU mais vraiment pas la même expérience. La nourriture était très bonne par contre.
