We always have a fabulous experience when we visit DiFabio’s — there’s a reason it’s our go-to when we host anyone from out of town or are showing friends to a new place. We brought our 4th first-timers in and of course they were every bit as pleased as we always are. The food is spectacular, the setting is cozy and simple in the best way, and the service — Abby D is the best! We look forward to coming in and seeing her. Last night was no different. She provided timely, top-tier, and friendly service. We hope to visit and celebrate many more occasions to come — especially during the fall/winter season!

We enjoyed a delightful meal on the front porch, enjoying the outside ambience on a clear Fall evening. Our waiter was ON IT from the get-go, never missed a beat and provided our meals on a very timely basis. Good food; Good price; Good service: Makes one appreciate just how hard that can be. Thanks!

I love this place. Small italian restaurant with great food and a fabulous staff. I was able to yell my thanks into the kitchen staff as the area is open to view upon arriving and leaving. The Lemon Drop is really good too.

We come here occasionally and always enjoy our visits. Last night wasn't quite as good as usual. The steak was cooked well, but as a filet, it seemed a bit off. The side of squash and zucchini, while good, left you wanting something more. My wife has Chicken Piccata. She enjoyed it, but the large mound of mushrooms on top of it were unusual. The Chocolate Flourless cake was delicious. Service was great.

We opted for the family-owned casual setting which is in an old house, over the bistro upscale Italian across the street, for my birthday dinner while out of town. The service was awesome. We sat indoors but there were also tables outside on the front porch. The house bread was hot and crusty and oh so good! We also had the stuffed mushrooms and garlic bread as starters. Garlic bread was more like a cheese pizza, but it was fine. I had hoped for more of a toasted, sliced garlic bread. I had the veal parmigiana which was simply the best I've ever had! It's my go-to dish at any Italian place and this was by far the largest and most tender veal ever which I was able to cut with my fork. I ordered Gemelli pasta but what came was cavatappi. That was fine with me, because I like both. But it should have been made clear when I ordered. I was disappointed in the pasta because it was way overcooked and too soft, almost mushy. This is why I only gave 4 stars. I had a glass of red wine which was great but the wine glasses were thick and clunky. Not at all good red wine glasses, but again, it wasn't an upscale place and I'm a bit of a wine glass snob. My husband had lasagna which was very meaty, just the way he likes it. They gave me complimentary dessert for my birthday (thank you!) so I chose the Tiramisu, which was absolutely the best! Overall I highly recommend this place but be advised if you like good wine glasses, you might want to order a cocktail. And if you love your pasta al dente', you should ask for it specifically that way. Overall a nice dinner!
