We had a large party (40 people) and they accommodated us so well. The service was excellent, the entire staff was friendly and the food was good! Highly recommend for large groups (and small) looking for great music and good vibes!

Advertised a live band to be playing. Instead we got to watch a football game for 2 hours Not exactly as advertised

We made dinner reservations for 12 people for my daughter’s bachelorette party. The table they sat us at should have seated 8. I was at the end of a bench and couldn’t even reach the table. Had everyone not squeezed together, I would have had to placed the plate on my lap. Since everyone was so squished, they were hot and miserable. The server didn’t care in the least but did bring 2 barstools for us to sit in and hover over the table (no thank you). The server was rude, seemed put out by all of us and threw the bill on the table. I will not be going back to this location again. Maybe Gilbert but this location is not for eating, only drinks and partying. Which we wanted to do after dinner but everyone was in a bad mood when we finished.

Our recent dinner experience at Dierks Bentley's Whiskey Row was quite mixed. Unfortunately, the food was not good, and the value for the dishes was disappointing. The service was neither timely nor helpful, which added to our frustration. However, the vibes and atmosphere of the place were impeccable, and the music was amazing. While we wouldn't return for the food or to sit at a table, we would come back just to enjoy the music and energy of the bar.

Whole experience from booking the reservation to paying our bill was awful. For the reservation, I tried booking online but it said for 18ppl I had to call. Then when I called it took me back to the same link that told me I had to call. Then I left 2 different messages for mgmt to call me back- nothing. I called the actual restaurant- no answer. I submitted a question for them to call me back- nothing. Luckily I had also put in a request to inquire about bottle service because Mia was the only one who actually got back to me regarding that. When I told her we weren’t interested in bottle service anymore but needed help with the reservation she then told me to call their GM directly and he would assist. Tried that and it went to voicemail, but the inbox was full. Mia then told me to just make it for 12 online with a note that it was for 18 and she would tell the hostess to approve it. Honestly, after all of that I should have known this was going to be a dumpster fire dining experience. We waited 1 hour for just drinks to be served. Waited another hour for all our food and when it got there, we had missing orders and orders that were incorrect. So 2 hours at this point just to get our food when there were plenty of open tables and it was not packed when we ordered. Our server was apologetic and brought us “comped” shooters, but it was already so bad at that point, a 1 cent shooter couldn’t remedy the situation. On top of that, it was a good thing I checked the receipt because she charged us for an extra entree that no one even ordered. Our reservation was at 7 but we weren’t even done eating until around 9:15-9:30 since our food came out so late and by then they were itching to get us out of there so they could set up for bottle service. Our original plan was to stay there for drinks after dinner but we couldn’t get out of there fast enough after that experience. Really frustrating that they charge you a 22% auto grat and it was such an awful experience.

Our group went here because the bride to be wanted to go. I have never been to a restaurant/bar that is so overrated. The Pros: We were taken to our table right away (w/ reservation) and it was a cool horseshoe booth right by the dance floor. The DJ was excellent, everyone in our group was impressed! A few gals in our group got the blueberry lemonade drink and said it was really good! Cons: Customer service is pretty much non-existent. All the girls that work here act like their ONLY job is to look good in their underwear uniform (literally underwear, more about that later). It’s pretty clear they don’t care, probably because they know they are going to automatically add a 22.5% gratuity to your bill regardless of how poor the service is. Normally I wouldn’t mind tipping well, but the service and the food just don’t measure up. They do not split checks (don’t bother asking) and don’t expect them to come back around and ask if you want another drink. I wouldn’t expect any personality from the staff, it was also non-existent. Two of us ordered the margarita that is on the cocktail menu and agreed it was arguably the worst marg we have ever had. The chicken was completely over cooked and the pulled pork was a tough slab of unseasoned pork just slapped on top. At the end of our dinner, most of our party (8 women) had to use the restroom which had about a 25 min wait because all of the waitress change into this over compensating lingerie uniform at a certain time. They must not have anywhere else available to change because they take up all the stalls in the ladies room leaving customers standing in a massive line. I think this place gets a lot of attention because it has Dierks Bentley’s name on it, but honestly I would be embarrassed if this was my restaurant. I only gave it the second star, because the DJ was good and the place got lively early(the Dierks Bentley effect) because it definitely isn’t deserving.

The food was simply bar food and not very good, the tables and booth were very dirty, our drinks came in dirty glasses. The server had too many tables to tend to (not her fault) and it took her a long time between orders. The bar was extremely loud over 90 decibels! You could not have a conversation with anyone.

We left due to extremely loud music next door. Ridiculous! We left and went to the Gilbert location and the experience was fantastic.

It’s more of a bar than a restaurant. Very loud inside which can be ok with the right music. Food took a while (they weren’t super busy) but I think it’s more about serving the drinks. Been once before and was much better but we sat outside. Not sure if we’ll be back.
