We had not been to DiPaolo for a few years. It did not disappoint! The mussels and Margarita pizza appetizers were delicious. Our entrees were fantastic as well. We will be back soon!

We have been regular customers at Di Paolo for many years. I must admit that our dinner yesterday evening was one of the best dining experiences we have ever had at that restaurant. It's always good but last night was extra special. Seating was immediate. The cocktails were excellent. The service and our server were first class and the food we ordered was well prepared and excellent tasting. Wonderful evening meal all the way around.

Went to Di Paolo's for Father's Day. Service, as usual was impeccable. Conn, our waiter, was attentive without being intrusive and saw to our every need. The restaurant's entire staff, from hostess to bartender to busboys/girls were top notch. The menu is very satisfactory with enough variety to satisfy most diners. My wife had the "catch of the day" Haddock on a mixed grill which she enjoyed tremendously. I had the shrimp with a red sauce with ground sausage on polenta. The shrimp was ever so slightly over cooked but not to the extent that it needed returned and the red sauce was superb. I would highly recommend Di Paolo's to anyone wanting authentic Italian food.

The food at di Paolo is ALWAYS top notch!! We've been going for years. And RJ is THE BEST too, very knowledgeable, professional, and entertaining; what a combo! Actually ALL of the servers & staff are excellent.

Don't let the strip mall location fool you! Di Paolo is a staple of fine dining in all of Roswell, not just E Roswell. Dee Dee's service was exceptional, 10 years serving customers with personality, menu knowledge and just the right touch of attentiveness. From cocktail, thru appetizer and main course, Di Paolo was on point, with a nice touch of homemade biscotti to celebrate a special birthday.
