Husband and Wife team, Dennis Foy and Estella Quinones, are committed restaurateurs who counterbalance each other’s exacting artistic standards. Estella’s passion for design and Dennis’s interest in painting clearly reflects this sensibility.

The exciting twenty-eight seat restaurant d’floret is a modern elegantly-lit stage, featuring an open kitchen and adjoining dining room that exhibit the chef’s dual passions: Foy’s paintings and culinary mastery. The space is accented by a floor-to- ceiling Black Walnut Nakashima panel, lighting by Ayala Serfaty, the Israeli artist, with Arnie Jacobsen modern Classic chairs, finishing the sleek warm welcoming room.

Please note, due to high demand and limited seating, in addition to online holds we require diners call the restaurant to reconfirm your by 12pm day of, or it will not be honored.

Every time we go to Lambertville, we make sure we eat here. The food never disappoints. Their mushroom soup is one of the best things I've ever tasted in my life. I love that the sides to their main dishes are always amazing. It's not like you're getting some steamed veggies with your steak. Literally EVERYTHING tastes amazing. On top of that, the owners are the sweetest people. They really make it feel like you're just coming over to their place for dinner. It's clearly important to them that everyone loves the food and loves their time there. Can't recommend more!!!

Such an inviting tiny place. All the flower arrangements on the building and the tables and the artwork make for such a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. Estella is the most gracious, welcoming, and accommodating of hosts. A very happy place. The lamb chops were perfect as was the veal chop. We loved everything.

Intimate little restaurant. The food is incredible. I had a mushroom soup and mackerel that were two of the best soup/fish dishes I’ve had/

With all the excellent reviews, we were really looking forward to celebrating our anniversary here. It’s very cramped overlooking a very tired chef. The wife does a good job with her upbeat attitude but still very disappointing meal. They were out of the Gnoochi so we were informed that the Tortellini was there signature app. It was fine but we n a cream sauce so we split it. My husband ordered the special which was a Veal Chop ($68!!). It was raw. He sent it back but really had a very hard time eating it. Looked like an inferior piece of meat. After we saw the bill, I wish he would have. I ordered the branzino which was cooked perfectly. I was just wanting my husband to enjoy his but he wanted to not send it back again. I mean literally everyone can see and hear what’s going on. He got a cappuccino and a pice of apple pie with a scoop of ice cream. Nothing to really say about it. Dessert underwhelming. All and all, we will not be back.

We recently dined at a quaint little "bring your own wine, etc" restaurant that impressed us thoroughly. The rack of lamb was perfectly cooked, a fresh and flavorful mushroom soup, and the chef's pastry training shone through in a decadent chocolate mousse-like dessert that was simply divine. The veal chop special, paired with a rich 48-hour demi-glace, stood out in the cooking techniques associated with the whole menu. We enjoyed our meal outside, with beautiful flower arrangements, making for a delightful evening. This chef, originally from New York, truly knows how to elevate fresh ingredients with incredible techniques. Highly recommend!

D’floret is a special restaurant with some of the best food ever. Dishes are beautifully prepared. Don’t miss the desserts, as the chef is a pastry chef. I’ve been twice and enjoyed it tremendously on both occasions. It’s not inexpensive and the space is small and reservations are not easy to get, but for a special dinner, I highly recommend this restaurant.

D'floret is our favorite restaurant, worth every minute of the hour and 20 minute drive to get there. Although limited, the menu has something to satisfy all tastes. I have never made a bad choice and I tend to try something new whenever we go. The best!

Absolutely fantastic. Had a great evening with long time friends over a stellar meal. The tuna and tortellini are show stoppers. I can’t wait to visit again! Estella, her husband, and all of the staff are the best.

Our server was very friendly and helpful with recommendations on the menu. The food was outstanding - the tortellini was amazing and their seafood dishes were excellent!
