Husband and Wife team, Dennis Foy and Estella Quinones, are committed restaurateurs who counterbalance each other’s exacting artistic standards. Estella’s passion for design and Dennis’s interest in painting clearly reflects this sensibility.

The exciting twenty-eight seat restaurant d’floret is a modern elegantly-lit stage, featuring an open kitchen and adjoining dining room that exhibit the chef’s dual passions: Foy’s paintings and culinary mastery. The space is accented by a floor-to- ceiling Black Walnut Nakashima panel, lighting by Ayala Serfaty, the Israeli artist, with Arnie Jacobsen modern Classic chairs, finishing the sleek warm welcoming room.

Please note, due to high demand and limited seating, in addition to online holds we require diners call the restaurant to reconfirm your by 12pm day of, or it will not be honored.

D’floret is a special restaurant with some of the best food ever. Dishes are beautifully prepared. Don’t miss the desserts, as the chef is a pastry chef. I’ve been twice and enjoyed it tremendously on both occasions. It’s not inexpensive and the space is small and reservations are not easy to get, but for a special dinner, I highly recommend this restaurant.

D'floret is our favorite restaurant, worth every minute of the hour and 20 minute drive to get there. Although limited, the menu has something to satisfy all tastes. I have never made a bad choice and I tend to try something new whenever we go. The best!

Absolutely fantastic. Had a great evening with long time friends over a stellar meal. The tuna and tortellini are show stoppers. I can’t wait to visit again! Estella, her husband, and all of the staff are the best.

Our server was very friendly and helpful with recommendations on the menu. The food was outstanding - the tortellini was amazing and their seafood dishes were excellent!

We had an amazing dinner for our 9th anniversary. Everything we had was cooked to perfection, and was made the best we have ever had in our lives! Staff was also super helpful in deciding what to order, and sincerely cared about our dining experience.

Everything was fantastic. We were visiting from Chicago and this is a legit great place for a high quality meal. We enjoyed everything. It is price fixe and with a family of (4) we were able to try every dish pretty much. Is BYOB so make sure to bring your favorite wine. There is a local wine shop down the street in case it’s needed like it was for me.

Hands down the best restaurant in NJ, small, elegant and amazing. You’ll feel like you’re in a Parisian restaurant similar to Guy Savoy. I love everything about it this restaurant, all of the staff, paintings and decor and especially the Chef Mr Dennis Foy! Merci!
