Chef Emeril Lagasse's take on the grand American steakhouse. Delmonico Steakhouse takes its name from the legendary, century-old New Orleans institution, Delmonico Restaurant and Bar. With one of the top meat selections globally, Delmonico Steakhouse focuses on in-house dry aging Creekstone Farm meat selections.     Delmonico’s is usually stellar five stars across-the-board. This time it wasn’t the case.. Nine times out of 10 I order a ribeye, and this time was no exception. I don’t know if the steak knife was dull or maybe the steak was just tougher than I’m used to or perhaps the puddle of oil underneath. Nonetheless, it did taste delicious and because I don’t like to send food back, I enjoyed about half of it. The French onion soup certainly a little bit to be desired that as far as I’m concerned, need a lot of improvement. The flavor was as expected, but perhaps they change the bread but they definitely decrease the amount of cheese. The last five times I’ve been here the cup is filled to the brim with the cheese melting over the side absolutely delicious this time not so much. I’d say I needed about another quarter added to it in order to take it to the brim although it did have cheese it wasn’t the famed French onion soup Delmonico is known for. With so many restaurants to consider I think every restaurant needs to be on its a game and today definitely was a junior varsity attempt. That said the ambience never disappoints and the service is always stellar. Since I’m in town for business until Thursday, maybe I’ll give it another try but it might have to wait till next time I’m in town.

    Wonderful all around. Great time to take a business associate. Food was spectacular as was the service. Highly recommend!

    Overall disappointed compared to past visits. Everything tasted pretty bland. I won't hurry back. Unfortunate it had been a must visit each Vegas trip.

    Delmonico's has been our go to place since they opened 25 years ago for special occasions. I've never had a bad meal or service. Albert and Wesley took great care of us at the bar. If you like whiskey or bourbon don't miss out!

    I had a wonderful birthday meal with my lovely wife. We enjoyed everything about this restaurant. It’s my favorite restaurant to enjoy a wonderful meal.

    Every time we are in Vegas we always have dinner here. The environment is always pleasurable. The staff and food is phenomenal!
