Chef Emeril Lagasse's take on the grand American steakhouse. Delmonico Steakhouse takes its name from the legendary, century-old New Orleans institution, Delmonico Restaurant and Bar. Delmonico Steakhouse is elegant and luxurious both in cuisine and atmosphere while offering a comfortable, approachable ambiance that is as breathtaking as it is inviting. With one of the top meat selections globally, Delmonico Steakhouse focuses on in-house dry aging Creekstone Farm meat selections. Inspired by Chef Emeril’s New Orleans culinary roots, the emphasis on Creole cooking builds upon French techniques with an infusion of robust flavors that elevate the traditional steakhouse experience using the freshest and finest ingredients. Paired with one of Wine Spectators Grand Award winning extraordinary wine programs and a selection of 700 whiskeys, the level of attention to detail makes each experience restorative in nature and keeps guests coming back time after time regardless of the occasion.

    Great over all dinner! Tomahawk steak was phenomenal and so was the seafood tower!

    It’s was a phenomenal experience! Celebrating a big milestone and Delmonico was the perfect place to celebrate with phenomenal appetizers and steaks, the sea bass was also perfection! Appreciate the hospitality and recommendations!

    Took my boyfriend here for his Birthday celebration. We ordered the filet mignon med rare. The steak was so chewy I had to spit out a couple bites. It was also more rare than med rare. The lobster bisque was amazing, and service great, but for $70 on a 9 oz cut, it certainly disappointed.

    service was excellent. Our waiter, Joseph was attentive and made us feel like a valued customer. The restaurant atmosphere was nice and not too noisy. The food was very good but pricey. I think you are just paying for the celebrity affiliation. Since Emeril is not actually doing the cooking I don't see the justification for the high prices.

    We enjoyed our dinner. The lobster bisque was phenomenal. Followed by homemade handkerchief pasta with generous portions of lobster & mushrooms in a delicious butter sauce. We also really enjoyed the Seabass. Overall the food was fantastic.

    Fantastic food!! Our server Den was amazing and explained the difference between different cuts of steak so that we were able to decide which would suit our preferences.
