Chef Emeril Lagasse's take on the grand American steakhouse. Delmonico Steakhouse takes its name from the legendary, century-old New Orleans institution, Delmonico Restaurant and Bar. Delmonico Steakhouse is elegant and luxurious both in cuisine and atmosphere while offering a comfortable, approachable ambiance that is as breathtaking as it is inviting. With one of the top meat selections globally, Delmonico Steakhouse focuses on in-house dry aging Creekstone Farm meat selections. Inspired by Chef Emeril’s New Orleans culinary roots, the emphasis on Creole cooking builds upon French techniques with an infusion of robust flavors that elevate the traditional steakhouse experience using the freshest and finest ingredients. Paired with one of Wine Spectators Grand Award winning extraordinary wine programs and a selection of 700 whiskeys, the level of attention to detail makes each experience restorative in nature and keeps guests coming back time after time regardless of the occasion.

    Have eaten there many times and thoroughly enjoyed it. Previously in front of restaurant. This time we were in the back where we saw all dirty dishes and linens go by. Had to flag waiters down for service. We were nicely dressed compared to rest of the guests. AND we’re celebrating an anniversary. Very underwhelmed.

    Wonderful as always from start to finish. Greeted by Mgr Mike and Waiter Tom were friendly and took very good care of us. Food was delicious as usual. We'll be back for sure next time we're in Las Vegas!

    Matt and his team took great care of us as always! The NY strip and seabass were incredible, we can’t wait to come back next month.

    Once again everything about the Delmonico experience was incredible! Great food and service! One of my go to places to eat when I am there m Las Vegas.

    Amazing, as always! We love Delmonico! The food is delicious and the service is excellent! Ryan is our favorite server- be sure to ask for him! He is the BEST!

    Service was sadly lacking for a $300 dinner for 2! We had 2 servers apparently covering for each other, but still waited over 30 minutes between apps and dinner, without either server speaking to us. The food was good, but with the service being what it was, we would not return.

    It was my first visit to Delmonico Steak in the Venetian. What a fabulous experience!!! From the minute we arrived, service was exceptional and the staff are some of the best!!! The food was excellent, fresh, prepared beautifully, and served in a timely manner.

    Amazing! So far the best dinner in Vegas. We went a little earlier (5pm on Wednesday), and so it wasn’t busy or too loud, but as we were leaving it got a little louder. The servers were great - quick, polite and friendly. Dirty plates and silverware were cleared quickly (something I appreciate at a restaurant), and replaced as needed. Food came out hot and prompt, and cooked to perfection. Pricey but worth the extra money ($250 spent before tip - we each got two drinks, an app each, and shared 2 sides with a ribeye which had so much flavour & was so tender). Definitely would recommend, and already have to others!

    Staff are all professionals. They know menu, specifics on food and excellent attention to their guests and details. Great ambiance and food was wonderful. Not cheap but great.
