    Outstanding dining experience. Everyone was absolutely amazing, from beginning to end. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a truly elegant evening.

    The whole experience from start to finish was outstanding! We were early to our reservation and they were able to seat us immediately. Our servers were so attentive, friendly, and the conversation was so sweet! It made us feel at home and welcome. The food is next level and certainly exceeded our expectations! Next time we are in town, we will be back!

    We have been dining at Delmonicos for over 20 years. Never have we had a bad meal, until tonight. We came here to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, so we had great expectations, because we have had so many amazing experiences here. But tonight was different. Let’s start with the part that really ruined a nearly $200 steak. They recently changed from serving the meal with asparagus, to some sort of local mushroom. Should have been fine, except that some of the mushrooms are bitter. Some were ok, but most of my wife’s were bitter. And they are cooked at some point during the evening, but not served hot. The sauces that are served on the side, that are supposed to used on the meat that was just cooked table side, served cold. And lastly, we asked for the steak to be cooked medium, just didn’t want it bleeding. And typically, when they finish a steak table side, they will wait and make sure it’s cooked to your liking. Tonight, the server set it on the plate, turned off the burner and was gone. It was 5 to 10 minutes before we could flag him down to at least heat up the sauces. The steak, was maybe cooked Med- Rare. The service has taken a drastic downhill turn. And quite honestly, we found the manager’s demeanor rude. And that began when we first stepped into the restaurant. Overall, it was just a poor experience. And in my experience, when you have a complaint as we did, especially in a higher end restaurant, because we let the server know, typically you get a visit from the manager to try and make things right, or at least an apology. Not tonight. There was no effort made on the manager’s part. The server brought a dessert over and tried, but by this point, it was too little, too late . I guess that is the most disappointing thing about this evening, it’s the lack of effort in trying to make things right. This used to be a dependable place you could go to for very special occasions, not so any more.

    We made reservations and were seated promptly. Service was amazing. Food was absolutely delicious. Definitely an experience. Highly recommend

    Waiter Den and his crew are the absolute best!! It’s pretty unusual to have a waiter remember you from your visit a month ago! And the lobster bisque is to die for!!!

    Always a consistent place to eat. Nothing to rave about or criticize. My steak was cooked perfectly. The cream corn is awesome. Had the deviled eggs as an appetizer. Will be back!

    We enjoyed our Anniversary Dinner, the food was fabulous and so was the service. Each person was consistent with checking on our table and made sure our food was great . Definitely will be back. Also get the pecan pie for dessert- 😄
