Della Santina's Trattoria in Sonoma, San Francisco is a traditional Italian restaruant serving recipes mostly from Lucca, Italy. It was founded by Quirico (Dan) and Shirley Della Sanitina. With the passing of Shirley Della Santina - Quirico, his son Robert and wife Nicole continue to carry on the family business and Tuscan traditions. Quirico is the chef behind the menu and has provided what's been described as Italian comfort food in a gorgeously authentic Italian setting. When you walk in the front entrance you'll be greeted by truly Italian decorations and design, as well as fresh flowers on every table.

Della Santina's offers a variety of home made pastas, antipasti, soups and salads, juicy rotisserie cooked meats and fresh seafood. Local wines from Sonoma, as well as Italian wines and beers are all featured on the wine list. Della Santina's received the 2023 Sonoma Index-Tribune People's Choice Awards for Italian Cuisine and Romantic Meal.

Beautiful restaurant. Ambience was amazing. But the service was not very good and neither was the food. Very expensive for bland dry food.

We had a delicious meal last night. Service was excellent and the pork chop was perfect. Opened up with an antipasti board…wow! Love the relaxed vibe and atmosphere. We will visit again soon.

Della Santina’s is our family go-to for everything special. The setting is divine, the food is consistently delicious, the wait staff is attentive and they take great care of us. Can’t recommend enough!

Always a great spot for food and service. We were celebrating a birthday and they brought complimentary desserts!

Fodd and service was great. But i left my reading glasses there and after multiple calls and email they wont respond. Bad

The restaurant the food that help was fantastic I had a romantic dinner with my lady our first date and we will have many more and come back to this beautiful Italian restaurant in beautiful Sonoma

Another wonderful experience! Great food, attentive and friendly staff, welcoming and comfortable environment, and involved owner. Della Santina never disappoints.

Very pleasant setting with gratious service. We were seated on time for our reservation. Portions are generous; we had a mixed salad of heirloom tomato and mozzarella and minestrone soup. Entrees of jumbo shrimp dote’ and lamb shank (enough to share) served with mixed fresh vegetables . Wine list is extensive. Wine shop is adjacent to r restaurant so can purchase bottles to take home Owner of this long standing family run restaurant oversees entire operation. We’ll be back!

Our dining experience was wonderful. Special appreciation to Vidal & other staff people who stayed after Della Santina's closed to find my car keys that fell out of my coat pocket during dinner. That was above & beyond the call of duty.
