De La Torre's is a quintessential Italian trattoria. Our recipe is not a secret- we prepare and serve delicious food using quality ingredients. The menu is distinctly Italian offering trattoria classics and our hallmark special menu which changes daily to accentuate the freshness of locally grown produce, naturally raised meats and freshly caught fish presented in numerous creative dishes.

The wine list showcases exceptional and unusual varietals from small producers and family wineries in Italy and in California.

The service is friendly, efficient and professional.

I absolutely love this restaurant. The service is always great. The food is exceptional. The atmosphere is lively but able to have conversations. You must try the warm toffee butter cake!

Varied, delicious lunch options. Our table had the butternut squash ravioli special and two different salad entrees. All food was fresh and tasty! When we made OpenTable reservation we noted a special 'medical milestone' and the restaurant brought out a moist, incredible chocolate cake with a candle (without any further prompting). Attendants provided attentive, accurate service. Very memorable experience in every way!

We have been there many times and last night brought a new couple. We had A great time, good food, and great wate staff…. This is one of our favorite restaurants in the Bay Area.

Yet another stellar dining experience at our favorite go-to neighborhood spot. The menu is a good and varied selection of Italian dishes, including the specials. The Chicken cannelloni and pot roast specials were delicious last night, and the gnocchis and raviolis are very good as well. But aside from the menu, De La Torre’s is our favorite go-to spot largely due to our waitress Shelby. She is very friendly, attentive and clearly loves what she does. We don’t even have to tell her anymore what our favorite drinks or desserts are, she already knows. She is always waiting to greet us at the door when we arrive and assist with my elderly grandfather in seating him and storing his walker. You just don’t see service like that anymore. For these reasons, we always request to be seated with her if possible, and I highly encourage anyone reading this review to do the same. You will not be disappointed.

Great little neighborhood spot. My butternut squash ravioli was delicious, but a bit "overdressed" in butter sauce. Super rich, but lovely. Hubby had a steak that he thoroughly enjoyed. The staff surprised me with a free piece of cake for my birthday -- so, so good. We'll definitely be back.

Tagliatelle Bolognese was delicious as usual. Great house salad! My girlfriend had the pasta and shrimp dish Gamboni something! The place was packed!

Excellent Service. Food was carefully prepared and served elegantly. Food was not just good it was supurb. The veal dishes are especially delicious.

Hidden, local gem of a Italian place. Dont be fooled by the location. Inside is quite upscale. And yet, prices reasonable and portions generous. Waitstaff were very attentive without being intrusive. Food lived up to the buzz...very good. Certainly going back.
