Expected more of an exceptional experience for the price. Everything was fine, but at $150 plus per person, I would hope to be amazed by at least food and service. Not worth the price for just an OK to good experience.

As a veteran of many meals here it was quite shocking to endure this visit. Upon arrival was witnessing the extravagant number of others who were as well waiting for their table. Finally being seated fifteen minutes after the reservation was said. No worries, it's Saturday, the place is packed, I get it. Our waitress introduced herself to us, perusing the menu was just a formality, this is the premiere steakhouse of the casino. The prices have increased, no worries, it's dinner, and we are at a casino, so. I ordered the New York sirloin, side of asparagus, and a wedge salad with a piece of bacon. This is where the issues had started.. Popovers, fresh and delicious, but with a swipe of butter, not enough for my dinner companion and I so, I made do with what was given. No condiments on the table, not even an offer for any fresh cracked pepper for my wedge salad, was tempted to pick up the pepper grinder and indulge my need. alas, I did find my waitress and she was obliged to my request. Finally the main course had come. Sirloin steak was hot and delicious, told there was a steak sauce to go along with my steak, so I figured to give it a shot. This was almost the cherry on top, but the steak sauce just would not flow out of the bottle, in fact it did not come out of the three bottles I tried. but the asparagus was hot to say the least, warm, perhaps? And since it was my pre-birthday meal I figured I would indulge in a mini slice of birthday cake, but how do I eat it without any cutlery? I did speak with a spokesman for the management and I aired my grievances with him. I used to enjoy coming here for a great meal, but the last two times in coming it has been hard to separate my affinity I once had to walking away from it.

Honestly I am not one to complain and I did not do so in the restaurant. My wife and I eat at nice places often and the food did not match the price point. The sides were cold, the steak was raw and the waiter was texting on his phone out back behind the door the entire time we were eating and never bothered to check on us until we were finished. Overall the meal was terrible and we were really hoping to enjoy it.

Ordered steak medium well. Came raw. Couldn’t eat it. Food came in ten minutes. Let in 35 . 300 dollars later. Recommend you take a pass.

The food was incredible and service was fast and friendly. We made a reservation and were sat at a high top right next to the bar and behind the front desk; it was so loud and not super comfy. It would have been a much better experience if we got to sit in the main restaurant. I would reserve the high tops for walk up service only.

Disappointing. Given the reputation and price we were disappointed. The good rating may be a little generous. The steaks were good,, presentation though very plain: a prime rib on a plate, a filet on a plate,the scallops were overcooked . We had a 5:45 dinner reservation and at 7:10 we had to ask our server to hurry our meal so we wouldn’t miss an 8:00 show that should have been a laisurely 15 minute walk but ended up with us needing to sprint. We had to forgo coffee and dessert because of time.

This place is awesome to take friends, families and even to go by yourself! The menu is packed with great options. The pop-overs are incredible!! I would definitely recommend you make reservations as it does fill up fast!

Experience was disappointing overall. Started with the young woman that seated us at the worst table in the restaurant. We asked to be moved. She left and when we saw her again she shrugged and said we’d need to go back to the front desk to be reseated. The table was Clearly set up as an additional table for busy nights - in a very high traffic area for servers. Engulfed in smoke from kitchen and being constantly surrounded and our seats bumped by moving food carts. Drinks came out after our appetizer. $20 old fashioned was a glass of bourbon Better cocktails at Juniors. Bright spot was the steaks - which were very good. The rest of the food was fine. Not good - not bad. The true bright spot of an overpriced, subpar night out was our server. Julie was wonderful and did everything in her power to make the most of our night. She is a star.
