Au DaiLo, bien manger, c’est bien vivre ! Et ici, la manière de cuisiner reflète clairement la manière d’envisager la vie. Les ingrédients, de grande qualité et minutieusement sélectionnés, mènent à de délicieux repas, et finalement, à de meilleures existences. La nouvelle cuisine asiatique que propose le restaurant se concentre essentiellement sur les produits chinois, tout en suivant la tradition française. Au cœur du menu, vous ressentirez un respect et un amour profonds pour la nourriture, portés par le chef Nick Liu. Ses ancêtres ont dégusté avant lui les recettes avec lesquelles il travaille, pendant des centaines d’années. Les anciens plats de prédilection de cette époque là ont été revisités par le chef Liu, qui y a ajouté sa petite touche personnelle. Ils ont été adaptés à la demande moderne, qui souhaite souvent se nourrir à base d’ingrédients locaux, produits dans le respect d’une agriculture durable.

De la cuisine à l'ambiance, DaiLo est un lieu audacieux et animé. Le chef et propriétaire Nick Liu mélange les techniques culinaires françaises avec son héritage chinois pour créer des plats amusants tout en mettant en valeur ses talents culinaires. Cet espace branché attire une foule animée pour des soirées qui commencent par un dîner au DaiLo et se terminent au Lopan, le bar à cocktails situé à l'étage.

Dailo is a true multi sensorial experience. Jeff, Kevin and the rest of the staff made the night feel a cut above the rest. Nick’s dishes were incredible, and the adjustments they made for my vegetarian friend were fantastic. I’ll definitely be back with friends!

Very delicious and interesting food and cocktails. Tasting menu was perfect experience - portions were ideal to get a good taste but not feel too stuffed by the end.

Service was amazing. Food was alright, but not great. Certain of the flavours were way too salty. Possibly expected too much.

Absolutely incredible food, one of our favourite meals of the year. Very lovely and thoughtful service. Highly recommended, we’ll definitely be back again soon!

Staff are very friendly and made us feel welcomed. They offered great recommendations and made our dining experience a memorable one. The food is very upscale but the flavours are familiar; the cocktails are unique and delicious. They don't try to upsell you on any special features, but just want you to have a good time.

An unforgettable dining experience. My wife and I opted for the premium tasting menu. The dishes do change from season to season or whatever the chef has in mind for the evening. We enjoyed every dish! I was initially worried that the food may not be enough since it is a tasting menu, however we were both full and satisfied at the end of the night. We both had cocktails and they did offer wine pairings with the tasting menu. Overall, delicious food, refreshing drinks, great service and ambiance, definitely a must try!

Kinda of like a Byblos- lots of sharables with spicy ingredients. We didn’t do the tasting menu. We thought the $102 pp was a bit steep. Smaller plates - octopus, wantons, dumplings, cauliflower were okay. Didn’t blow us away. Their strength was in their featured mains - the chicken and lamb were outstanding. Mental note, the hostess told us we had a 2 1/2 hr time limit. Wasn’t too happy hearing this. When I made the reservations by phone, no one told me that. Overall, a lovely restaurant with a lovely outdoor patio. Ben the server was delightful!
